The place was really nice. The outdore sitting area was perfect for chilling. The beach was in 5 minuts walking way, clean and nice sand. The hosts were so kind, responcive, was always ready to help. The overall experiance was perfect

Прекрасный дом. Всё идеально чисто и аккуратно. Очень отзывчивая, спокойная и лёгкая хозяйка, помогала во всём и подготовила для нас очень много дров, как мы и просили. Поэтому у большого, тёплого камина мы сидели каждый вечер по несколько часов в классных удобных креслах и лежали на ковре. Вообще всё очень продуманно в доме, везде столики, стульчики, в любом месте можно с комфортом устроиться. Вокруг свежий воздух и тишина. Море в двух шагах через красивый пролесок - настоящий кайф. Уезжать не хотелось настолько, что серьёзно подумывали о том, чтобы спалить паспорта))

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Отмечали Новый год большой компанией с детьми. Дом большой и просторный, есть всё необходимое. Рядом пляж, где можно любоваться красивыми закатами, хвойный лес. Очень тихо.

Das Haus von Salome ist etwas abseits von Sugdidi gelegen. Es war genau wie beschrieben und ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen und auf der Terrasse gefaulenzt. Die Kommunikation mit Salome war super. Sie hat blitzschnell reagiert und mir wunderbare Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Gut zu wissen: ich habe Salome um den Standort link gebeten, der perfekt war, so dass ich die Unterkunft sehr einfach gefunden habe. Auf der Airbnb-Seite stand aber ein anderer link.

Отличный дом, в котором с комфортом размещались две семьи (5 взрослых и 3 детей). Прекрасное расположение среди сосен, в непосредственной близости к морю (пляж за территорией - 30-40 метров от дома), потрясающий вид из окна на море, гамаки, лежаки, чистый песчаный пляж с плавным заходом и без избыточного количества людей. Тихое место (рядом нет кафе и ресторанов). На большой террасе можно прекрасно проводить время с друзьями. Для детей есть небольшие развлечения: качели и маленькая горка. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и техника (плита, духовка, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина и др.). На территории имеется парковка для машин и мангал. Валерия всегда была на связи и очень быстро отвечала и помогала с разными вопросами и просьбами. Большое спасибо за прекрасный летний отдых!

Праздновали свадьбу - всё прошло замечательно, Теа хорошая и отзывчивая! Вилла - супер.

Отличный отель, красивая ухоженная закрытая территория, в нашем номере была кухня, обеденный стол, вся необходимая посуда, небольшой холодильник, кондиционер, шкаф, ванная комната, сушилка для белья, два балкона, на одном из которых можно выпить чашку кофе с утра, рядом парковка, за углом автобусные остановки в обе стороны, пляж в двух минутах ходьбы через дорогу, вдоль дороги магазины и обменник, на набережной есть кафе с приветливыми хозяевами, где очень вкусно готовят. Хотелось бы отметить радушие и открытость хозяек отеля Инги, мамы Инги и Анны, нас встретили как родных с распростертыми объятиями, помогли донести багаж наверх, в любой момент готовы были помочь. В Грузии люди отличаются своим гостеприимством и добродушием, поэтому хочется возвращаться сюда снова и снова.

Amazing apartment by the sea with a balcony offering breathtaking Bamboo forest view and partialy sea view from balcony! Located in Tsikhisdziri — the best location in all of Adjara! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The complex has its own private beach and a wonderful outdoor pool. The host is super friendly and helpful. Perfect for a peaceful and scenic getaway! Highly recommended!

Нам понравилось буквально все! Манучар-очень внимательный, отзывчивый и гостеприимный хозяин. Благодаря ему наш отпуск получился очень комфортным. Сам дом расположен идеально. Через сорок минут пути мы могли оказаться на озере Рица или, по желанию, на пляже. Дом оборудован всем необходимым для семейного отдыха, а наличие настоящего дровяного камина сделало каждый семейный ужин уютным событием! Будем многократно возвращаться!

These place (shekvetili; kaprovani) are the best place on the Black Sea shore. And Lukas apartment is in the best location in kaprovani. Luka is very nice guy, who try, to make your vacation best. Thank to him! I will come back in the next time!

Leonardo und seine Mama sind großartige Gastgeber! Wir waren (leider nur) paar Tage zu Gast und die gesamte Familie hatte sehr viel Spaß. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Tür, im kleinen Wald gibt es einen Grill und unser Apartment hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Ich kann Leonardo zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

I feel incredibly lucky to have stayed at Tornike’s place! The house looked exactly like the photos—actually, even better. It was cozy, stylish, and super functional. Honestly, this was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Everything we could possibly need was there, with a private yard, no neighbors in sight, amazing views, and total comfort. A special shoutout to Tornike himself—he was always responsive, genuinely cared about how we were doing, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Truly unforgettable. I’d recommend this place to anyone, without hesitation!

I was so excited to explore Georgia's Tea Trail, and Komli was a perfect place to do it. On our way from Batumi to Mestia, we decided to pitstop here. A warm welcome, the best sleep in the wine barrel, friendly animals, beautiful surroundings. The next morning we had and amazing breakfast spread and learned so much from Lika at the tea degustation and tour. The main house is beautifully built too, and the surroundings are always full of people and children working or playing at the farm. The main house has one common bathroom to share with the guests and the family members which is something to consider if you have any issues with such. But it worked out alright for us. We took home some tea and great memories.

This cottage is located highly in the mountains and has a beautiful view. Note that you need to travel a few kilometers through a mountain offroad to reach this place, and cellular network is rather weak. The host and locals are very friendly and happy to have guests. If you're tired of civilization and love mountains, this place is for you.

Ну что сказать! Одно лишь то , что мы семьей приехали в эту квартиру второй раз за одно лето, уже о многом говорит))) Все чудесно, как и в первый раз встреча, местоположение квартиры, близость ко всем благам цивилизации. Твердая 5. Теперь вернемся в следующем году и снова сюда)))
