Все было отлично, до подъемников идти минуты 3. Понравилось, что Теа предоставляла шампунь/гель и мыло для рук в полноразмерных емкостях. Второе спальное место очень удобное в разложенном состоянии. На кухне было все, что нужно. Вода из-под крана вкусная, можно не покупать в магазине. Так же в номере свой вай фай, смотрели фильмы в хорошем качестве. Рядом в минуте ходьбы есть ресторан Мgzvarebi, очень вкусно, быстро и цены по сравнению с остальным Гудаури низкие, ужинали там все наше пребывание.

Mu experience in this apartment was excellent. A clean, comfortable space with every detail carefully thought out for a pleasant stay. The location is great, and the host was always attentive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

I can recommend this apartment to anyone great location with big supermarket in the building and close to the official hike routes great communication with the owner apartment has everything you need for a long stay great view from the window, especially on cloudy days (clouds often run in front of the window)

Great place! Right over the bridge 3.5 minute walk to the gondola. The exit to the bridge is on the same level as the apt and the ski storage!!! Highly recommend! Eveokia was extremely responsive. I have booked airbnbs many time and she was the mostresponsive host i ever dealt with! Thank you Evdokia

Nous avons été en contact avec Irakli. Super réactif et très gentil. Tout était dans la réalité comme décrit dans l’annonce. L’appartement est très bien pensé. Pour 2 couples c’était plus que parfait. Le petit bémol c’était le ménage (l’intérieur des placards et le sol étaient poussiéreux) mais nous savons que ce n’est pas toujours facile de trouver une femme de ménage qui est attentive aux détails. Irakli est conscient du problème et nous a dit faire de son mieux. Au cours du séjour nous avons eu quelques demandes auxquelles Irakli a trouvé une solution rapidement (double de clé; casier à ski; …). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour au ski à Gudauri

По пути из Тбилиси в Гудаури у нас произошел форс-мажор, дорогу закрыли из-за аномального непрекращающегося снегопада. Больше суток мы не могли добраться до апартаментов и заселиться. Все это время Елене была на связи, пыталась помочь нам возможными способами. Нам очень приятно было ощущать такую заботу и внимание со стороны хозяина апартаментов, как до заселения, так и после! Апартаменты теплые, уютные, оборудованы всем необходимым. Мы остались очень довольны!

The apartment is clean and bright. There is everything you need inside. Nice view from the window. It is located far from noisy parties. The only drawback is that there is only one card, and it is needed for both the entrance to the apartment and the ski depot.

Checking fácil e simplificado. O apartamento fica em uma região tranquila e super confortavel. Possui uma cozinha completa, com tudo que você precisa para preparar qualquer alimento. Internet com boa velocidade, Smart Tv na sala de estar, aquecimento em todos os cômodos da casa. A localização é conveniente com supermercados ha uma curta distancia a pé. Recomendo.

Good aparts. Just a few issues here: 1. There is a bar right under the room. On Friday/Saturday can be noisy. 2. View from the airbnb broken by new building right in front of beutiful view

Very cosy apartment. A lot of space. Close to funicular. The Apartment is full equipment. We really liked it.

Отличное расположение квартиры, находится на спуске с трассы, до подъемника спускать 3-4 минуты. Много места для большой компании. Saba всегда был на связи. С окна вид на горы. Рекомендую!

Отличный отель с хорошим ремонтом, в номрах есть всё необходимое (даже швабра), хороший интернет, немного далеко от центра, но такси вам вызовут без проблем

The apartment is big enough, located in just one minute walk from ski lift. Spar market is also so close to the apartment as a 30 second walk. Very comfortable staying because of the spar next to you and ski lift. In addition that, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is very nice and always available.

Отличное жилье для одного-двоих человек. Подъемник в паре минут ходьбы. Рядом отличный недорогой ресторан, бургерная и магазины. Рекомендую.

Easily one of the best, if not the best airbnb to stay at in gudauri. We got a great deal and the space is very clean, modern and spacious. My family and little kids had an amazing time in the house itself since no much space and sofas, cushions, etc . Has all required amenities and the location is just perfect for doing anything you want to in Gudauri. Very kind, helpful and responsive host. Highly recommend, it doesnt get better.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Gudauri. The location is fantastic, very close to the ski-in/ski-out area, which was super convenient for us. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for the price. The only downside was the soundproofing, as it was a bit noisy at times. However, it didn’t affect our overall experience much. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option close to the slopes. Vakho went out of his way to make our trip perfect. He arranged for a driver to and from the airport in an SUV that was able to handle the snowy roads (250 Lari each way or USD80 each way). He also arranged for ski and snowboarding instructors for us (that know English). The instructors also helped with the rental equipment. Atrium is just steps away from the ski lift / gondola - ie ski in and out. The place is exactly like the pictures. There is also a locker for your room downstairs to keep all your equipment. Its nice to sit outdoors at the restaurant downstairs to rest and enjoy the view of the resort. Two other great eateries with local cuisine are Friends and Vartsla.

I literally planned my trip because of this place, and it was worth it. The view was unbelievable. The flat was beautiful and all kind of ways and you can see all kind of things in this flat. Whatever you need will be there. I have enjoyed my time so much and I’m so grateful for the host because she was so helpful. She even helped me plan my husband birthday by decorating the place which was incredible. Thank you so much .

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the gondola. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and well-maintained. Check-in was seamless, even with a late arrival. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all my questions without delay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.
