Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und ähnelt definitiv dem Inserat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut gelegen, nur in der Umgebung durch die Kultur des Landes sehr laut. Die Gebetsrufe sollten etwas sein, was sie nicht stören sollte. Ich persönlich fand den Aufenthalt angenehm. Danke Stefanie.

This is the first time I encounter a very responsive & helpful host. Christian replied my text in less than five minutes. I booked this for my guest who lost his phone charger. Christian was helpful enough to run to the unit lending his own charger. My guest said the unit is well kept and very clean

Benny the host was very responsive and personally came to meet and greet me in the lobby. His place is worth every penny I spend as it beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend this place if you in Surabaya as the apartment itself is located on podium level next to a massive swimming pool and gym. Kitchen toilet and bedrooms were also very nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. If back again I will come to Benny apartment again. Thank you Benny for making my stay comfortable.

We chose to stay here because it’s near Graha ITS and the place is fairly affordable. It has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 4 guests. The AC was cold enough to beat Surabaya’s heat. Ms. Stephanie (the host) also provided us with clean towels, blankets, and a hairdryer. The unit also had a functioning refrigerator, water heater, TV, and Wi-Fi. They also provided kitchen utensils like stove, pan, plates, and cutlery. The room wasn’t squeaky clean but it was clean and comfortable enough for us. The host was very informative, helpful, and fast response. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near the ITS area. Good place for such price? It’s a big yes from me. Thank you Ms. Stephanie for being a great host. 🫶

Super clean! Highly highly recommended this place for families! The place is clean, near supermarket (50m from Hokky Supermarket), near mall (pakuwon city mall). Mrs Indira (the owner) is very communicative, helpful, fast respond. She is a great host! Mrs Dewi, the assistant is very communicative too. Both of them are great! The security in this apartment also very friendly and helpful.

Great apartment unit with direct access to Pakuwon Mall from the apartment lobby. Convenient and affordable, good value for money. The unit has nice decor & furnitures. Clean and comfortable, fit nicely for the 3 of us. The admin is very responsive and helpful to meet our needs. I booked last minute, but they managed to arrange everything well. Thank you!

Ik heb deze accommodatie gehuurd voor 5 maanden omdat ik ging studeren in Surabaya. Het is dichtbij unair campus C, en ongeveer 4 kilometer van unair campus B. Dit maakt het erg gemakkelijk om naar school te gaan. Ook kan je beneden in het appartement goedkoop en lekker eten, dus alle voorzieningen zijn er!

2 things should be considered if you check in late. There is no water. You can't buy water at groceries stores, they're closed at night. And no toilet paper... Otherwise, beautiful pool, malls downstairs are wonderful. Cold AC, super big TV. But no microwave.

Estuve viviendo 10 noches en el departamento de Andrian. Tiene una ubicación muy conveniente con acceso al edificio desde el centro comercial, dónde encuentras un sin fin de comida, supermercados y mucho que hacer. la vista es fabulosa, especialmente al atardecer. Cuentas con un espacio de parqueo, una mini cocina, buen internet y mesita para trabajar.

My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, access to the apartment is quite private with an interesting view from the 25th floor, easy to find but need extra time to walk to the mall because you have to make a little detour to get there

It was a really nice and a cozy place for staycation. Apartment was spacious, clean. We love it, definitely recomend it for everyone

This apartment has a perfect location with a shopping mall just downstairs. We went to the mall every day for playing, eating, and shopping. It is super convenient, especially for tourists from overseas. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The swimming pools are also awesome; we spent 2 hours there every day. It saves money and time compared to going to water parks. Compared to my friends who stayed at the Marriott Hotel, I found my stay much more comfortable and satisfying.
