Vacation rentals with beach access in Guaynabo

The place is exactly as it is in the photo. It has a great view. It's in the best area. Everything you need is around pharmacy , restaurant , bar, beach 3min away . I felt super safe and it’s super clean.

Rolando and team were super helpful and responsive, we went to a bunch of the restaurants recommended and they were all hits! Super helpful when there are so many potential coffee shops and restaurants to try. The space came with everything we needed, including ear plugs which was a nice touch!

Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

We loved our stay in Old San Juan. The condo was in a great location to access everything in the city, but also up the hill in the residential area. They had a water filtration pitcher in the fridge which was great tasting water to fill our bottles. We read and followed the guide book for restaurants and had some very amazing meals. Bed was comfortable. Ac cooled the rooms very well. Patio was peaceful.

Carmen’s place was honestly such a gem! It’s about a 15-minute drive from Old San Juan, or Carolina which I actually liked as I loved being able to walk around and feel like I was part of the neighborhood near the locals instead of being right in the touristy center. And yes, you’ll definitely hear the chickens. Lol. But that is what makes Puerto Rico such a fun place to visit! The chickens were honestly one of my favorite parts of the trip! They reminded me every day to get some fresh air, which I really appreciated. There were a few local eating places, a supermarket and even a gas station nearby so I could grab what I needed. The house itself was great. It was super clean, smelled amazing, and had way more space than I expected. As a student, I was so grateful for the little study area. It made it really easy to get work done when I needed to. Also, the wifi was fast and reliable. This place is definitely a great value, and if I come back to PR, I’m 100% staying here again!

The accommodation is exactly as described. It's comfortable, spacious and a super quiet place. Marcó was very friendly and answered all our questions. He was always attentive to making our stay five stars. ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only observation I have to make, and it is not related to the pleasant stay we had, is that there is a very strong musty smell in the hallways of the building. Fortunately, that smell does not enter the apartment and did not affect us at all. We would definitely stay again as it is very centrally located.

Excellent location within walking distance of La Placita, which was the main reason for staying. To be honest, not hard to walk to Condado either, if you don't mind a 20 minute walk. Really clean, neighborhood is typical of what you would expect of a typical Puerto Rico neighborhood, I felt completely safe and on top of that I was with a girl who is typically scared of her own shadow and she had no problem walking in the neighborhood (She even fed local cats). There is a close gas station, there is a close super market (where you can buy liquor for a lot cheaper than the clubs in La Placinta) and Ubers are really cheap. I paid $5 to go to the airport! I am also going to book this location again in the future. I've stayed at San Juan Marriott and the likes. There is no reason to spend that kind of money again. Also Chris provided beach towels. That was nice. Oh.. lol and free parking for one car.

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

Airbnb at a very prime spot. Very close to the beach, it is walkable. Kat gave us super recommendations for local beaches and cafes. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great home near lots of restaurants and beach. Checking in was super smooth and the hosts were great at communicating with us! The place is just as pictured.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

I’m not even sure where to begin when it comes to describing Hilda — outstanding, amazing, and genuinely caring. What truly sets one host apart from another is customer service, and Hilda excels in that area. She doesn’t just host; she truly cares about your stay and goes out of her way to make it exceptional. Here are just two examples. Beyond offering a beautiful and comfortable home, she had snacks readily available — a thoughtful touch that my grandkids absolutely loved. And when one of the kids accidentally left behind a small souvenir baseball bat, Hilda not only notified me right away, but she also offered to ship it back to Texas at no cost. That’s the kind of host you get when you stay at her place. If the opportunity arises, I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much, Hilda — your kindness made our trip extra special.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Amazing place to stay and fantastic host!! She was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The place was clean and the perfect location. The area is safe and walkable. It’s close to the beach and next to so many great restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great place! Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Super clean, nice view from balcony, and simple instructions to get inside building. No complaints definitely recommend!!

I have stayed in Condado before. Patricia's place is a hidden gem 😊 Place is bigger than on the pictures. Which was a pleasant surprise. Patricia made every effort to make our stay comfortable, she was very responsive and proactive. Thank you so much.

Love my stay. perfect for solo or couples who enjoy nightlife, as La placita is just around the corner. provided ear plugs for street noise, although noise did not bother us but it may to some. Super convenient location and responded very quickly and even gave us some great recommendations. Extra star because the bed was super comfortable!! Would definitely book again next time i’m back

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues
