The house has 5 bedrooms (4 of them with its private bathroom) with AC units and a family area to accommodate up to 12 guests. Multiple communal areas enabling Families and Friends to get together for BBQ lunches and swimming in the pool, but also providing space for reading, playing games and for quiet reflection. Our complex is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach in Aguada. This 48 unit complex is quiet and relaxing, and has everything you need for an incredible vacation. The pool area is just 50 feet from the ocean waves. Aguada is located halfway between Rincon and Aguadilla, therefore, you have the best of both worlds. The complex is modern, the condo is spacious, the pool is sparkling, and the beach is perfect.

An open living area features a spacious L-shaped sofa with coordinating cushions, a wooden coffee table, and large windows with flowing curtains. A dining area with a table and chairs is visible, along with a modern kitchen equipped with dark cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
