Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

Great apartment with an amazing view!! From the bed and from the terrace, which I absolutely love… birds coming all the time , so beautiful! The apartment is great for two people , it has one king bed, very comfortable bed It’s beautiful and Alejandro and Luz are always available to help you in whatever is that you need Great location! Restaurants and supermarkets and drug stores very close in a very secure neighborhood, which is very important to me I really enjoyed my stay there , felt like home Thank you Alejandro and Luz… for everything! Congratulations on the apartment.. and I really recommend it.. so peaceful and nothing like having a coffee on that terrace with birds singing all the time and that amazing view! That was my favourite part hahaha and the apartment very clean , beautiful and comfortable! Thank you! ❤️🙏🏼

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

Everything was great The apartment had everything I needed: Fully functional kitchen I worked at the computer on the terrace Sleeping was good, because there was no loud noise Andrea is a very positive and pleasant host I recommend this apartment, I stayed here for 2 weeks

The whole stay was great, Diana was always present, for all our questions and help, very clean and tidy apartment, on foot you can reach supermarkets, bars and restaurants, strategic point for every direction. We'll be back!!!

Excellent location. Neighborhood with several things nearby for walking, restaurants and cafes. Quiet for sleeping. It has 24-hour reception and security.

This apartament was bright, clean, and really well-equipped. We accidentally locked ourselves out but Santiago and his neighbor were so helpful in quickly getting us back in. Fantastic host and apartment, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Medellin!

Wow - what a hidden gem in Sabaneta! This was the perfect place to be near all of the action. The space itself is extremely airy, and is perfect if you’re working nomadically. The hospitality was great and the communication was exceptional. Thank you so much!

The apartment was great 👍 but the cleanliness was not on point, to get to town you need to take a taxi 🚕, there corner store is great has a lot, the noise level in the morning is high. Make sure you read the book guid the pool rules are strict, we had a great time, already planning for next year thank you 🙏

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our host Laura provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home thank you Laura .

Beautiful and unique high floor apartment. About a 15-20 minute walk from el Tesoro (large shopping center.) Apartment decoration is really unique and one off. Julissa was a wonderful and considerate host. Always responding within minutes! The value is very well worth it. You won’t find much better without paying a fairly significant amount more.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming to Medellin my whole life and have stayed at various places in the city, the view at Carlos’s place is unbeatable. The listing is just as described. My family and I had a great time , I hope to come and stay here again.
