the Host, the guard (Vidal) were such a pleasure and always were ready to help and answered immediately. So far one of my favorite spots, mainly customer service (don't see that much anymore). The view was incredible and walking to cayala wasn't too bad even while pushing a baby in a stroller! Ice cold AC! Drier and washer!!! spectacular!!!

Good location, great place. I was amazed at loft design and decoration. It's a relatively small unit but it feels much bigger. Very comfortable. Great bed, good shower, functional kitchen, comfortable couch. There is a patio on the first floor with sliding doors that let a lot of light into the first floor, but no other windows. Very cozy, comfortable place.

I absolutely loved this stay and I would have loved to stay longer than a week. everything was freshly laundered, super clean and put together. it was an excellent apartment to work remotely from: however, I do want to disclaim that the Wi-Fi was extremely spotty and would drop me at random moments throughout the day. the TV's Netflix connection was perfect though and never gave any issues, weirdly enough. I believe that the Wi-Fi might be too low power for remote work, especially if you have frequent video calls. That said, the surroundings are beautiful and extremely walkable. you are within walking distance to many amenities and great restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend ATTE café for its quirky environment and delicious coffee; the baristas are also extremely sweet and nice to talk to. overall, I would love to stay here again but it might have to bring my own internet dongle.

The property was absolutely beautiful—spotless, with modern appliances and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The building is very secure, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities nearby. Highly recommend!

It is a cozy, clean apartment, I would like to stay there next trip.

My daughter and I spent a few days in Antigua. We wanted a centrally located room. This was perfect. It is actually located inside the Aurora hotel. So we had full accommodations such as you would fine with an Airbnb with a full kitchen and dining area, but with the benefits of being at a hotel. It is included cleaning service once during our four day stay which was plenty. We did have one problem with lack of hot water, and the hotel was able to take care of this. We enjoyed the breakfast and paid about six dollars each for a full breakfast. We plan future in Antigua and would definitely plan to stay here

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

muy lindo lugar. el jacuzzi funcionó perfecto. pero había una construcción justo frente al área del balcón donde está el jacuzzi .No pudimos usar el jacuzzi hasta después de las 6pm que los trabajadores de la construcción se fueron ya que los obreros podían ver todo desde arriba y al día siguiente en la mañana el ruido empezó a las 7am. todo lo demás muy bonito. La cama super cómoda, lugar limpio y WiFi funcionando bien. El área en general cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes en zona 4.

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

Hermoso lugar, coincide con las fotografías. El sitio es muy seguro y apto para grupos grandes, además tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía como en casa. El anfitrión muy amable y atento ante cualquier consulta.
