Great stay for work trip in Guatemala City. Conveniently located. Very clean and cozy.

The Host was very responsive to all our requests and accommodations; my family and I had a great time and of course next time I will book though them again, thank you for all your support and assistance.

My family and I loved staying here! The location is great. The apartment is across the street from the Pullmantur drop off, which made arriving and departing from Guatemala really easy. The apartment is also walking distance from malls like Fontabella and Oakland Place. The apartment was squeaky clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The views of the city were great. Comfortable and spacious apartment, equipped with everything needed for a family stay. It has the plus of being within a Shopping Center with a diversity of shops and restaurants for shopping and entertainment. We'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. I have been to many places, but this has been the best so far in Guatemala. From the moment you arrive, everything is very well explained and easy to follow. The place is full of details that make the stay special: coffee, cookies, chips, cleaning products, washing machine and dryer with soap included. It is spacious, very clean, with excellent air conditioning both up and down, and televisions on both floors. Very comfortable, cozy and well thought out. It shows the care and dedication of the host. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! I definitely recommend it and would love to go back.

I would definitely stay at this airb, my family and I felt right at home and we had many restaurant options since at the same time the shopping center and it is very easy access, outside there are also convenience stores. The house has everything you need to have a good time. And it is worth highlighting to him sr. Pedro is an excellent host and was always attentive to our needs.
