Accessible by land (Ariri's road), by sea (Barra do Ararapira) and by air, it is inside a nautical condominium with exclusive piers, garage for motorboats and helipad. It has a large and airy integrated livingroom and kitchen. Two large bedrooms with little furniture and a spacious balcony connecting all rooms. The house has an attached greenhouse, an access ramp and a bathroom adapted for wheelchair users.
