Great accommodation! The apartment has been renovated and is well taken care of, the highlights are the cleaning and new furniture. I stayed for a month at the ap and matched my needs (excellent bathroom/ kitchen equipped with refrigerator minibar, portable cooktop cooktop cooktop 2 electric head, microwave and electric kettle/ laundry only with tank, no washer / bedroom machine with new furniture, mattresses and good pillows/ has 2 blankets). The space serves a person well. It has no elevator and does not have a covered garage for the guest (inside the building) as described in the listing. Excellent location: supermarket a block, Lagoa das Tágrimas two blocks,... bakeries, restaurants, fuel station, pharmacies, snack bars in the radius of three blocks away. Super helpful and flexible host with schedules.

My stay was very good, my family and I felt at ease, the apt was clean and everything worked very well. I was very happy with the choice I made, if I return to the city I will certainly try to stay in this same place again.

Hello! We stayed for 30 days in Reinaldo's apartment. The apartment is huge! Much bigger than on the photos. The infrastructure is really good. Full kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. His Reinaldo and his wife have always been very helpful and kind in everything we need during the period. Dona Ângela was also always available if we needed anything. We love the experience and recommend it to everyone in the Airbnb community. Surely, we'll be back.
