Triplex with exceptional view, deck to the sea, 4 suites that guarantee individuality in addition to all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The property needs a little affection, as it has metal parts corroded by rust and sea. Furniture with woods damaged by humidity, there is a lack of finishes of the lamps, etc... but some burnt lamps. As it is facing the sea, the constant breeze and ceiling fans meet well and compensate for the lack of air conditioning. It also has private access to the sea and swimming pool that guarantee pleasant days of rest. ahh We were received by Tânia and her husband (caregivers of the environment) extremely gentle and with prompt assistance to solve any questions or complications. I will return in due course.

The house is more beautiful in person than in photos, it perfectly fit 12 guests, we have nothing to complain about the house or Josiane. Josiane answered me quickly every time I needed to ask any questions. We will definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone 🩵

Communication with Tamy is excellent. The apto is loalized very close to Via Verde, a very beautiful place for hiking, bars and restaurants. It has markets, pharmacy and bakeries nearby and a quick access to the city center. The apto was very clean and has everything you need to live in it. Very good bed, pillows and shower. Clean and smelling linen and bath.

Maria Olinda and Luiz are great amphritrians! The kitchen and living room space was great to house our family. It has 01 suite, 2 bedrooms, and another bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed that has no door, but that's fine... in addition to another bathroom and a bathroom in the outdoor area. My nephew stared at the external shower, and took a bath (cold) there, after our trail. The trail: I recommend going back and forth in the same place, and it's pretty naughty, it's not for anyone. My father kept fishing in the lakes. It has easy parking, and the access (unpaved street) is also very quiet. It's a quiet place, and the owners live right at the entrance, but it doesn't take away the privacy. The market is not that close, but it has a big good about 15 minutes by car. We intend to go back.

Every morning we received a fresh and delicious breakfast, prepared with great affection. On the weekend, we still had the chance to visit the Deck restaurant, which is on the same ground — the food is amazing, I highly recommend! We definitely want to come back soon!
