Great option to stay in Águas Claras. The location is exceptional, with a 24h supermarket on the front, bakery, pharmacy, mall very close by. We are picky with cleaning and the apartment was impeccable. We definitely intend to return.

My stay in this apartment in Asa Sul (back of Palácio Jaburu), on the edge of Lake Paranoá, was very happy overall. The location is privileged and the structure of the building is a great advantage. Positive Points: Building Amenities: Excellent! The gym, swimming pool and direct access to the lake are very functional, well maintained and make the stay special. Location: Fantastic, in Asa Sul, close to everything and with the beauty of the lake. Service (Positive Exceptions): We would like to highlight the friendliness and good service provided by the ladies. Ana and Maria at the bakery. Negative Points: Breakfast Service (Mercadinho): The experience at the local market's breakfast/bakery left something to be desired. Inconsistent Service: I noticed that some team members who took turns showed clear morning bad mood and, although polite, tried not to serve properly on some occasions. Despite the inconvenience, the quality of the facilities, the location, a very positive experience.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

The hostess was very friendly and attentive, they gave us several tips that made our stay a lot easier. We found a flawless, comfortable and equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for our family, I highly recommend!

Wonderful hosting! Better than the pictures!! Everything clean! Everything working fine! The house accommodates people perfectly! The host responds quickly and is very attentive! The area is great! I only have compliments! And as a bonus, there are two kittens in the house who are always up for cuddles!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

Our appointments were at the NATIONAL CONGRESS, CGU BUILDING, PRESIDENTIAL PALACE, BSB AIRPORT, AIR BASE. We try to leave everything as well organized as we found it. I like cooking a lot and I felt very good in your kitchen with all the equipment. The rooms are great. We hope to repeat soon. BIG HUGS

I will definitely return , all as announced , organization, cleaning the very good location for those who like to walk, running the park is a great option, in the condominium swimming pool clean gym open until midnight, I went with my son he tbm liked it. The very attentive and helpful girls.

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

Fabio and Cida were extremely careful, helpful and attentive. The apartment is in a good location and has excellent infrastructure in the condominium. In the apartment, there are also all the necessary items for daily use.
