Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Guanabo, La Habana del Este

This place was so nice! Idanya is such a sweet lady and so helpful, which is really nice in Cuba. She helped me with currency and phone minutes--any questions I had. The location is on a quiet street close to the main road and beach. I personally like being in the quiet neighborhood that is peaceful while still being close to the action. There are some great restaurants near by and a beach club that rents cabanas. The place was nice with perfect signal TV and large yard with soft grass. I would definitely come back and would recommend staying here.

I can't find the words to describe how WONDERFUL my stay with Hope was. I will 💕 definitely return. The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. I leave with my heart full of meeting such wonderful people, Esperanza made us feel more than at home, I really appreciate every attention.

Ivis's accommodation in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many strategic sites in the city. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the heart of the city, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and her family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed here for one night before our departure, and it was an excellent experience. The neighborhood is spectacular. Leafy, peaceful, and surrounded by embassies, so it feels very safe and upscale. There are great restaurants nearby, and the host gave us several helpful recommendations. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. High ceilings, a beautiful front garden, and a modern, spotless interior. One of the cleanest Airbnb's I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens and pillows are true hotel quality. Definitely get the breakfast option as it is plentiful, delicious, and well worth it! The host and the cook were both warm and welcoming, and they made us feel like special guests. It was quiet at night and very easy to relax. No complaints at all — a perfect final night in Cuba.

Great Place.! & service.

We stayed for 3 weeks, and would return. This review must start with the world class hosts Janet and Victor who were always responsive and soooo helpful. The unit was clean and had everything was as described. We discovered many good restaurants in town, and the beach was private and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house. Mildred and her sister were excellent local hosts and so easy to coordinate check-in/out and airport transportation with. We rented the whole space, which is one bedroom on the 2nd floor (only one flight of stairs up) attached to a smaller sofa bed room that leads to a living room, plus another bedroom, which is on the 3rd floor (another flight of stairs up) in its own little "tower." The house is beautiful and has a mini refrigerator in both rooms (very helpful) and no kitchen/stove/coffee maker (just as advertised). Address note: The house is well located but I would note that it is actually located at Villegas & Muralla (not Lamparilla 1 as it shows on the Airbnb map/listing). This would not make a big difference for most people (it's a 10 minute/700m/.4 mile walk between the house and Lamparilla 1) but we did initially make the booking hoping to be on Lamparilla so it seemed worth mentioning as a heads up. Thank you for a great stay!

Maria and her husband were just what we needed arriving in Cuba for the first time. They helped us with our money exchange, gave us good directions for shops that sold basics like water or places to get fruit; they recommended areas to eat in. Their humour and practical nature were great. The apartment was cool and clean and we were able to use the washing machine. The patio area was comfortable to relax on.

This really is the perfect location to explore old and central havana! The hosts are very kind and helpful, giving a great welcome tour when you arrive. If you like us don’t speak much Spanish, the host put us in touch with their son for any questions we had during our stay and he was very helpful and quick to respond. The place itself was wonderful. Comfortable with a fan and aircon for when you are in the bedroom, and a beautiful terrace. Lovely restaurant right next door too. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Sandra’s place was better than advertised, pristine apartment, on a beautiful centrally located street, Nury, Sandra’s assistant in Havana was more than helpful and was there to meet us when we arrived and answered all our questions, arranged any tour or transportation we needed…. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting La Habana

Rubén is very friendly. He was able to orient us very well in the city, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need as at home, with an ocean view from all angles of the apartment the terrace a dream even with a hammock.

Carlos was an amazing guy. He followed through with everything he said. He was very punctual with time and had great recommendations. The apartment is in an ideal location, social club right across , waterfront blocks away, local coffee , bread, and ice cream shops . It was easy to navigate through Vedado. A truly luxurious stay! The apartment is absolutely stunning! The view from the terrace is simply unbeatable. Everything worked perfectly and was in top condition. It’s ideally located, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and the historic centre. Mayte, Dayan, and Yurisan are an outstanding team, always happy to help with anything we needed. I’m so glad we chose to include the breakfast option; it was absolutely delicious. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire property. We were quite fortunate as well. Some friends of ours stayed in an area called El Vedado and experienced daily power outages, whereas we had no issues at all, as this apartment is located in a protected area. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more, it will definitely be my first choice when I return to Havana. Without a doubt, the best penthouse in Havana.

Unbeatable stay. It was a real pleasure to be staying here. Not only for the apartment and its exceptional location, but also for the attention received from Tania and Giuseppe. The accommodation has all amenities it describes, stable wifi, hot water, air conditioning and a nice terrace. Giuseppe not only accommodated me kindly and gave me good recommendations of the neighborhood, but he took the time to show me the city as a local guide. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

100% RECOMMENDED - BACK Marta and her assistants are charming!! The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

Excellent Host

The person who was always aware of us was Daniel, a beloved guy with a lot of important information. It is close to the Plaza Vieja, a place full of restaurants and music. It is also close to the Capitol, well located, although the view of Old Havana may seem to some people heavy to see, for us it was part of the beauty of the place and the Cuban reality. We would definitely come back to this spot.
