The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Es una casa increíblemente espectacular. Grande cómoda y casa habitación con su baño y total privacidad. Ideal para compartir entre amigos y pasar un buen rato en el gran patio que tiene con piscina. Limpieza y comodidad de 10!

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

Pasamos solo dos días.. nos sentimos muy cómodos!! ideal para tres ,cuatro personas. la zona Miramar es la mas tranquila de La Habana. el departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. la pileta es lo mejor te puede pasar con los calores de Cuba. Tania y Pelayo son muy amables.. atentos a nuestras necesidades. Recomiendo 100 % este departamento. Saludos cordiales.

This house in Santa Fe is amazing. Very artsy and cool, great for longer stays. I am so glad I booked. Beautiful rooftop pool where you can see wonderful sunsets over the water and houses. Close enough to havana to explore but also far enough to slow down a bit and enjoy the quiet peaceful side. Great local restaurants. Tatiana and her husband welcomed us with great warmth and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. They are so kind and made us feel very looked after. Big thank you to them. Would really recommend this place!

Ismal was a great host, super communicative and always willing to help. There was maid and security service 24/7 which allowed for us to have a completely stress free stay. The photos of the house do not do any justice for its beauty, the back courtyard was amazing and that's where we spent the majority of our time enjoying the weather. There is a offer for breakfast daily which I highly recommend, well worth the money. All in all, great house and a great stay in Habana could not say anything bad if I wanted to. Only recommendation is to get a temporary sim card at airport when landing. There is Wifi at the house but sometime it is iffy and you will have no service. Thanks again Buddy!

Carlos ist einfach zu nett und kümmert sich so dermaßen um seine Gäste!!!! Unfassbar! Vertraut ihm! Er will euch helfen und gibt super Tipps. Für jedes Problem hat er eine Lösung! Das ganze dann auch noch so nett und freundlich! Das hat unserem Start in den Urlaub so viel einfacher gemacht. Ohne ihm wäre alles so viel komplizierter geworden. Davon abgesehen ist das Haus so super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich in Havanna hineingezogen fühlt. Wir wünschen ihm nur das Beste und unendlich viele Gäste, die ihm Freude bereiten. Lasst euch auf das Abenteuer Kuba ein, verzeiht dem Land die Unannehmlichkeiten und genießt die schönen Seiten! Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist diese Unterkunft!!!

Amazing appartement! Calm place and the terrasse is great. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If you want to have a quiet and private place, this is certainly a good choice. 15 minutes away from the Capitol by walk! Every question I had was proactively answered!

Estube una estancia de 17 días con la familia la atención impecable. Personas encantadoras. La casa expectacular con todas las comodidades céntrica y con supermercados. Restaurantes. Cerca. Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

Inelia & Ulisses ( e Noah il mio perito preferito)sono stati più che una famiglia...la più bella vacanza della mia vita ed è stata così tanto bella per merito loro...mi mancherà tutto di Cuba ma loro 3 in special modo... disponibili oltre ogni immaginazione vi aiuteranno in tutti i modi e sarete senza pensieri sempre allegri , gentilissimi e meravigliosi, appartamento perfetto non manca dì nulla e più tranquillo rispetto al caotico centro di L'HABANA... tornerò perché ormai sono parte di me ...lo consiglio a tutti...e si fa amicizia con tutto il quartiere facilmente e al momento della partenza io sono stato da loro 20 giorni sarete tristi come me nel fare ritorno al vostro paese..❤️❤️❤️😃😃😃🇵🇷🇮🇹⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at this Airbnb for a full month and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with beautiful artwork throughout—it added so much character and charm to the space. It had everything I needed for a comfortable long-term stay, including a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for all my day-to-day needs. The location was ideal—safe, central, and within walking distance of great restaurants, local markets, and some of Havana’s most iconic spots. It was the perfect home base to explore the city. The host was kind, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. I truly felt at home here. I’m already looking forward to staying again on my next trip to Havana. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and authentic experience!

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Carlos a L'Avana e l'ho trovato molto accogliente, situato in una zona deliziosa della città, perfetta per immergersi nell’atmosfera locale. Pur non essendo una struttura di recentissima costruzione, è comunque ben funzionante e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliato a chi cerca un'esperienza autentica e confortevole.

The cottage was the best of three different places we have stayed at when visiting Vedado this past year. Loved the artwork and the breezy patio. Beautiful garden.

My friends and I (6 people) felt safe and secure at Tania's house for two weeks. The house staff was polite and always available to help us and kept our stay comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to check in early in the morning upon arrival. A pleasant bonus was the presence of WiFi, which nevertheless can work unstable depending on the day of the week and time of day, which is a peculiarity of the work of the Cuban telecom operator. It is impossible not to mention the presence of a large terrace on the roof of the house, where in the evenings you can discuss with friends plans for the coming days of the trip and drink a couple of cocktails.

Su questo alloggio all’Avana c’è davvero poco da dire, se non che è semplicemente meraviglioso. Alessandro è attento a ogni minimo dettaglio e si vede. È la terza volta che vado all’Avana e ho soggiornato in sei alloggi diversi, dagli hotel alle case particular, ma questo è stato senza dubbio il più confortevole. La struttura è nuovissima e pulita, e la posizione è perfetta per esplorare tutta l’Avana Vecchia. Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente la realtà. I collaboratori di Alessandro, presenti in portineria 24 ore su 24, sono discreti e mai invadenti, sempre disponibili a rispondere a ogni dubbio e a dare ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Un soggiorno impeccabile!

Cary y su equipo (Elena, Carlos, Norberto y el chiqui) siempre fueron muy atentos. Siempre estaban al pendiente de nuestra comodidad, a pesar de cualquier circunstancia, realmente me sentí como en casa. Si pactas con Cary con anticipación te puede ofrecer desayuno por un costo extra, que junto con Elena hacen desayunos muy vastos y ricos. Cary es una persona muy dulce, si platicas con ella tiene mucho por contar, simplemente yo la quiero mucho y junto con Elena ya las extraño como a mi familia. Recomiendo mucho el lugar, tranquilo y a la orilla del mar, los atardeceres son increíbles, lugar cercano al Palacio de Convenciones, se puede llegar caminando y aunque no esta cercano a Centro Habana, se puede solucionar con servicio de taxi (recomiendo mucho a Don Guillermo, Cary puede contactar con él). Sin duda regresaré 🇨🇺🥹

When I think of Playa Guanabo, I think of the friendliness of Chucho and Mabel. They could not have been more personable. They stayed right next door and we saw them often when we were coming and going on our easy walks down to the town center or the beach. It felt like we had instant Cuban neighbors that we had known for years! They even brought over chilled fresh mango juice one day! Chucho gave us great recommendations and even provided us "taxi" service whenever we asked. Everything you need is provided in the house. There is a huge rooftop patio, part covered from the sun, part open for sunbathing, complete with hammocks, lounges and umbrella covered table and chairs. We spent a lot of time up there. We would definitely come back when we are in the area!

Diese Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man fühlt sich willkommen und sehr wohl. Wir haben morgens ein Frühstück für ca 6-7 Euro bestellt. Die beiden Damen waren sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Abends kommt ein Nachtportier, der aufpasst. Man hat daher das Gefühl, dass immer jemand da ist, falls man Fragen hat. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Fernando. Er ist der Beste. Rund um die Uhr per whats App erreichbar, jedes Anliegen wird gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.
