Michel is very friendly, he was able to listen to our needs. We rented this place for our mother's 60th birthday and everything was perfect. Clean, well-equipped, the accommodation is well thought out. We had a great stay, we will definitely come back.

I had a great time staying at this place! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and everything was perfectly clean and well prepared. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, with neat decoration, a cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, and close to all amenities: restaurants, small local shops… It is the perfect place to relax. The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view is amazing . It is super well decorated, very spacious and super clean. He even had a gardener and a person who took care of the pool when we were on the premises. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Our arrival went great, they offered us the villa as soon as it was ready which we greatly appreciated. If we return to Guadeloupe we will certainly rent this villa again.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house is well equipped and arranged. It met our expectations. The environment is peaceful and conducive to rest. Good value for the money. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay at Peggy's! The accommodation is very beautiful and faithful to the photos. Clean, functional, comfortable. We didn't want for anything! The owners are both very welcoming and we particularly appreciated the welcome basket made up of fruit and essentials for breakfast. A big thank you! We will be back!

Beautiful vacation home and it really is right on the beach! The location is perfect, and the view of the sunrise is so fantastic. It looks like a photo wallpaper😉. To swim in the Caribbean you have to walk a few steps about 20 m, as there are rocks in the sea right in front of the house. The house is clean, cozy and very modern. The bathrooms are tastefully designed. There is everything you need. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Beautiful villa we will come back thank you for everything

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

We spent a week with family (6 adults / 2 children) at Villa Noyana. We were welcomed by Sandrine the concierge of the house. No one has great tips and services. Everything comes together for a pleasant and relaxing vacation: Very friendly welcome, modern villa, clean, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Spacious enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably. The pool and garden are a real plus!! Finally, our hosts were very accommodating to allow us to make the most of the villa on the first and last day. We were delighted with our stay in this peaceful haven.

We had a great vacation in Guadeloupe staying at the Anjou Creole villa. The house is ideally located, very pleasant to stay in and perfectly equipped. Carine is a thoughtful host, who provides everything necessary for the arrival as well as a very practical manual with all the explanations about the villa, the activities to do nearby and her personal recommendations. She is also very responsive when needed. We would also like to highlight the warm welcome from Philippe as well as the kindness and availability of Valérie, the villa's concierges. An expectional, beautiful, spacious well equipped home. The rooms and bathrooms, the pool etc, it was all lovely. We felt at home the moment we stepped in. Cedric was an excellent host and the communication was great. I look forward to staying there again and wish Cedric all the best.
