We were able to enjoy a nice weekend. The hosts' attention was excellent as was the treatment. The house is quite comfortable and complete with nothing to miss. As soon as we arrive, we were perfectly indicated that places we can visit, such as shopping, leisure centers, etc... We would definitely repeat it again.

The house is located a 15-minute walk from the town square. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness, everything is very neat and well-kept. The house is very quiet. Alina and Alicia are very friendly. If we go back to Riaza, we'll definitely be back! It's great for a big family.

We stayed in the chalet for 5 nights whilst visiting for a friends wedding in Madrid. The place is beautiful and private with tasteful decor- would highly recommend for those looking for a villa near Madrid. Juan was great and very responsive. Many thanks

HOUSE TO RELAX

Gema's place is fantastic. It has everything you might need for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The outdoor area has many options and especially if you're going with children. The large garden, with pingpong, basketball, swings... we need to try it in summer and see the pool, but it looks very, very good. Inside, everything is detail and care to the millimeter. It offers you a lot of quality in terms of utensils, dishes, kitchenware, towels, sheets, amenities... It also offers board games for all ages. We are delighted and have stayed here again because it feels like home. We'll be back for sure!

Everything is perfect ! The house is super comfortable for large groups. We went in winter and the heating worked perfect , there were some issues with the hot water but the landlords fixed it quickly.

The house is a past, we went with dogs and they really enjoyed it, it has a huge and completely enclosed garden. The surroundings are also gorgeous. Very good communication with hosts. Highly recommended to spend a few days quiet.

A great weekend in a quiet area, with nearby amenities and a great chalet. We were 14 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Regarding the facilities, everything was in very good condition, clean and very tidy. Nice to have been in an idyllic place.
