Proximity to cross-country skiing system and hiking trails and with alpine opportunities in Grövelfjäll, 5 minutes away with car. Idre with its two alpine areas is just over 35 min away. The home has all the comforts you need for a good mountain vacation with three bedrooms, modern kitchen, fireplace and sauna. On Exmoravägen in the vicinity of Sågbäcken and Lövåsen is our 105 m2 cottage (Jan 2019). Exmoravägen is an area today with 6 cabins built during 2019- 2023. Also a number of older houses are in the area. Grocery store: Storsätern 7 km, Idre 30 km. Restaurant: Lövåsgården 700m, not open year round. Tourist info: Lövåsgården and Grövelsjöns tourist station have maps for hiking and skiing tracks. Cleaning, bed sheet/towels included. A gem by Hammervatnet on Åsen. An adventurous experience for 2 persons. The dome is 23 m2 with a window in the sky and front. Look at the stars and beyond the water from the bed. The dome stands on a 70 m2 flat with overhead over the water where there is access to a boat and fire pit shoe. The dome also has a toilet room. Water is fetched from a stream near the cabin. There is an outdoor toilet. From the cabin, there are trails and ski tracks leading into the national park. The cabin is accessible by road, but when the snow arrives you will need to cover the last 3 kilometers on foot or arrange snowmobile transportation.

Welcome to our cozy cottage in beautiful Grövelsjön and Björnliden mountain village. Enjoy fantastic hiking in the summer and very nice cross-country trails right near the cottage in the winter. Alpine slopes can be found in Lövåsen, Grövelfjäll (within a few kilometres) and Idre fjäll (about 35 km). Kalfjället is within walking distance and offers fantastic skiing or snowmobiling in winter and hiking in summer.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
