Our modern guest studio in the south of Duisburg on the border with Düsseldorf is ideally suited for vacations in the Ruhr area and the surrounding cities as well as as as as a trade fair apartment when visiting Messe Düsseldorf (approx. 10 km) or Messe Essen (approx. 15 km). The S-Bahn (suburban train) stations Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum are very close by. Grocery stores are in walking distance. The recreational area of the Sechs-Seen-Platte is located in the immediate vicinity and invites you to extensive hiking.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Stadtteil Großenbaum von Duisburg. Nach 3 Minuten Fußweg erreichen Sie die S-Bahnhaltestelle Duisburg Großenbaum. Mit der S1 erreichen Sie folgende Ziele: Flughafen Düsseldorf 8 Min HBF Düsseldorf 20 Min HBF Duisburg 8 Min Die S1 fährt meistens 3 Mal pro Stunde in jede Richtung, auch Nachts. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen, Sie bekommen immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dort. Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Our newly furnished apartment (40m2)is located on the 1st floor in our two-family house. Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

The room is perfect for a trade fair visit to Düsseldorf (about 15 km) or Essen (about 20 km). The Duisburg-Großenbaum S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Duisburg Central Station and DÜSSELDORF AIRPORT in *8 minutes* and Düsseldorf Central Station in 20 minutes. Great connection in the Ruhr area. The highway access roads to the A40, A42, A52, A59, A3 are within 5 minutes.
