A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The old building apartment is freshly renovated, and we have lovingly brought back details of the half-timbered house such as the old floorboards and beams. Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The apartment is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our extensive courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance and two gardens with beautiful seating areas. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or for working at any time of the year. A perfect starting point for hiking and biking in the nearby area or for excursions towards Usedom.

The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
