We had a great time. Marilyne is a very nice and very available host. We were disappointed with the temperature of the Jacuzzi (we were unable to get above 32), but we did not ask Marilyne about it. Marilyne was very helpful in lending us a scale to weigh our luggage before we left. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at this place. It is clean and functional, with a little extra for the sea view. Sonia the concierge was very available and had informed us about the accommodation before our arrival. The residence is well located with direct access to the sea and the pool. I recommend it and we would not hesitate to return.

1st floor apartment in "pierre et vacances" residence with terrace overlooking the pool and a small sea view. Very comfortable apartment for 2 people with sleeping area and living room, the kitchen is outside on the covered terrace. We enjoyed the activities provided by the club and the freedom of movement from the apartment. Located between Saint Anne and Saint Francois, a vehicle will be essential for visiting the island.

Anne Marie's welcome is very friendly. His large apartment is very pleasant, tastefully decorated (with many of his creations) and very well-equipped. Parasol, beach chairs, cooler bag, etc., everything is there to allow you to fully enjoy the environment. Located in a quiet, secure and pleasant complex, the accommodation is 300 meters from Raisins Clairs beach (not to mention the two swimming pools). It also has the advantage of offering the service of a bakery, a chef's table, a pizzeria and a beach restaurant, as well as a mini supermarket (within a short drive you will find two supermarkets). Its location is also ideal for visiting Grande-Terre. Recommended.

Pierre is wonderful. He was on the lookout for everything from our arrival to after we left. She recommended amazing places and the stay was 10. We have shared very good moments accompanied by their homemade rum and good humor. If you want to get to know the island and relax with a good chat and great tips, Pierre's home is your place. We loved our stay at the villa! A beautiful view as well as being very quiet, it was relaxing to be there. The villa was very well equipped and very clean. A little difficult however to find the exact place despite the geolocation, but once found, the location was perfect for visiting Grande-Terre. Everything was great, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Very good stay at Ruddy's. The instructions provided prior to arrival were helpful in finding the accommodation. Ruddy was there to welcome us and provide us with the information. The accommodation is very well located for visiting the mainland. The place is quiet and the services are of quality, the accommodation is really clean and tastefully decorated. The private pool is a plus. We recommend it. 🙂

The villa was great - very nice with enough space for a group of 8 people. The pool and outdoor spaces are a real plus! The welcome was perfect with the first breakfast planned since we arrived late the day before. Magalie was very responsive throughout the stay and flexible with our checkout time! A great place with a great location to enjoy Guadeloupe and to rest in peace! We'll be right back: )

Beautiful group stay in this beautiful house! Well suited for families: toys, high chair, playground, beach games, etc. The house is in a quiet area and the pool was much appreciated! The beach is within walking distance, as are 2-3 restaurants/caterers/cafes about ten minutes away. Clean, spacious and well-organized house. ☺️

Accommodation as described , magnificent view, we fall asleep with the sound of the waves, ideally located on the village Pierre et vacances. The place has everything you need for the stay, everything is well thought out! The owners are very attentive with their hosts, ask if everything is okay during our stay, very human . We were greeted by Elodie , very nice! We recommend +++ and keep the address for we hope to be able to go back next time ...

Florence and her husband welcomed us, with small touches as soon as we arrived, it was much appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised, because compared to the photos posted, I find the place even more beautiful in real life. Everything has been well thought out , the accommodation is modern,super well-equipped, (new appliances), and clean . Wishlist for the hot tub and pool , as well as the intimate, private , not overlooked side. The environment is quiet peaceful and the shops are not far away by car, it is a very good compromise between the two. In my opinion, the only downside is that there is only one room but with a great queen bed. My 2 year old daughter slept between the two of us and despite that we were alaise . I am difficult to satisfy and demanding, frankly it is a flawless,I am super satisfied. This place totally meets my expectations. Being late in pregnancy I wanted to relax and the goal was perfectly achieved!

Very nice accommodation, cozy, pleasant, open with an incredible view of the Gosier Island and Soufriere if it is clear! The host and concierges are very available, accommodating, kind and responsive. We were hosted very well. The accommodation matches the description and photos and is perfectly located at Le Gosier to enjoy the beach of La Datcha (<10min walk) Several shops are nearby as well. We recommend this listing without problem!

Tropic Chic (SI!) has the atmosphere of a luxury hotel, in a private and secure area with access codes. The villa was generously stocked with everything we needed for the week (in the kitchen, bathroom and for the pool/beach). We really enjoyed the aperitif, snacks, local fruits and breakfast that were waiting for us when we entered the villa. The pool was refreshing when returning every night. Communication between Muriel and us was proactive, informative and also responsive. Feel free to book this beautiful villa. Muriel: thank you so much for a week in paradise in Guadeloupe!!!

Very popular stay. Intimate and secure location. Market next door. Large accommodation, well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. Air conditioning works well without being noisy. Beautiful salt pool. The BBQ could have been a little better but it's a detail. We would return without hesitation.

Very pleasant stay at Cathy and Fred's. They are very welcoming and available. The accommodation completely matches the photos listed on the site. In addition, it is located in a beautiful environment with a nice beach a five-minute walk away. I highly recommend this rental which met my expectations.

Simply amazing place. Beautiful villa, which besides being very clean is very functional. From the decor, to the quality of the amenities to the layout, everything is well studied and you have everything you need. Host Tessy and her husband we didn't see are very welcoming responsive and proactive, really adorable we can't do much better. We had Didier on site who takes care of the house in their absence and who is great too and is good advice on what to do or eat around and who is there to respond to the slightest request. Naturally, I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

What a beautiful villa with a beautiful pool! The photos are great and show the house well. Access to the sea is a little less convenient than you might like, but Raisins Clairs beach is very close by car. We just thought of a few small details to make the stay even more perfect, such as providing a little more toilet paper and some household products (garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap). Apart from that, the house was spotless and we had a wonderful two weeks! Thank you very much Mario!

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also great. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.
