Quiet and peaceful, perfectly situated with proximity to surrounding towns (Barrie, Southampton, Owen Sound, Sauble Beach, Collingwood where you can find Blue Mountain resort,...). It was fun having our morning coffee with the friendly chickens. Here are a few things to keep in mind: *the inside space is about the size of a small studio with no closed bedroom, you have one sink for everything and the shower isn't made for someone on the heavier side (i'm 190lbs and had no issues except I didn't have enough room to bend and wash my feet) * *bed is really comfy and firm and there is plenty of blankets provided. it's smaller than a queen size bed though* *there is a firepit outside for those late nights around the fire* *super peaceful inside, you only hear the cars and trucks from the near highway when you're outside. Once inside, it's totally soundproof.* *no TV so it's time to go exploring!* Loved it here and I recommend for anyone looking for a cute quiet place to stay for a few days

We enjoyed Jeff’s place very much. It was clean and cozy, kitchen was pretty well equipped for our purposes, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean & new. Jeff responded quickly when we asked for dish towels and face cloths. He was very friendly and accommodating. The loft was peaceful and quiet. It was a good location for our hiking trip.
