Our accommodation offers a modern, light-flooded living concept in a quiet location on 90 m². Highlights include the air conditioning upstairs, the covered roof terrace, the lockable courtyard and the high-quality furnishings. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 4 people. Due to the traffic-friendly location, cities such as Düsseldorf, Cologne, Aachen and the Netherlands are within easy reach. Free parking and public e-charging station outside the door.

The small barn has a separate entrance and is part of a 100-year-old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the countryside. Shops and restaurants as well as snacks are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom and a couch with TV (smart TV). Wi-Fi is available. The property also has an Expressi coffee machine, a stovetop, microwave and fridge.

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!
