The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

It is a chicly furnished 3-room apartment with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped. The two beds in the bedroom are each 90 cm wide. In the living room there is a fold-out armchair bed. Rental for single nights only in exceptional cases. A crib and high chair each cost an extra €3. Arrival until 10 pm, because at night the courtyard gate is closed. No shutters/blinds. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!
