COZY 2BR TANGLIN Apartment above PAKUWON MALL

Location on 2nd floor, so not too long if taking the elevator. Air conditioning is only in the master room and living room. In the other rooms there is only a fan. It stays cool if the room door is opened, because the air conditioning is quite cold. There is a hair dryer but it's not very strong, so it takes a long time to dry. There is a microwave, but the time to try it doesn't work (it's already 3x tried). Maybe it's because there's something wrong with it, but I don't ask how to use it either. Owner was communicative. Unfortunately there was no bolster and drinking water. Maybe you can also give clotheslines for drying towels, afraid to fly without flops. Overall everything was ok. Thank you so much.

This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, according to the photos. The nice interior of the room feels more spacious. Very cold air conditioning. There is a nice wooden floor to sit back while looking at the night view of Surabaya. In front of the lobby there is parking available and you can sit in the lobby when you wait for check-in time. The parking and lobby of the path is better in this tanglin orchard than the apartment next door. Very satisfied to stay in Athisa room.

We were met at the apartment as we arrived, went through all the registrations for seamless fingerprint access with us. Apartment was as described. We had everything we needed. It is located close to Ciputra mall. The apartment is clean and safe. The host is very responsive and kind. There are a lot warung or restaurants close to the place in the evening. Overall, we are happy during our stay.

Affordable place direct access to pakuwon Mall. It's a little difficult for how to chekin because it's here the apartment. Had to pick up the key at a separate boxmail, Ask people for help to open the door.
