Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grenadines

Our family of four loved this place. It felt very homely. Check in fantastic. The host was very responsive and attentive. The beach is literally across the road. There are two lovely restaurants also a minute away. Petra’s lovely. Have a Roti. Dawn’s was great for breakfast. Miss Bernadette the house keeper came each morning to sweep the yard and she’s lovely. The veranda is great and the wooden wind chimes was a lovely touch.

The house and stay were great. If you have never been to Bequia then you will have a little difficulty finding places in general, not just the apartment. There are not street addresses like in the US for everything. I know someone who already knew where the house was, so it was very easy for me. Drew offered to have someone local meet me or call me to give me directions when I arrived, this would have been very helpful. Drew did a great job and was very communicative. I will stay with him again next time I travel to the island.

Sarah was very responsive and helpful. It is a great location, with easy walk to restaurants and the beautiful Princess Margaret beach. We played hard during the day, so the nice comfortable king size bed was a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week at Jackie’s place and the balcony and view of the ocean was always a pleasure to come home to. The ocean breeze kept the house comfortable and the mosquitoes away. Having the firefly estate right down the hill was convenient for breakfast/dinner/drinks. It was a 5 minute drive into town and 10 minutes to the beach. The house and bedrooms were the perfect size for our family and the kids enjoyed the pool. A great setting. Very peaceful and quiet.

Lovely property. Clean, tidy and surprisingly very cool, even without the AC. the fans in the bedrooms added with the breeze from up hight made for a very pleasant stay. the guys were exceptional helpful with directions. The property is only a very short drive from town, sand bar, bequia hotel etc The vista from the balcony is amazing, it gives you a full panoramic view of the bay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Ohana House. Ohana House is an immaculate structure with sweeping views of the harbor. The home was equipped with everything we could ever ask for. The host Alexa was friendly, proactive, and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you guys for the great memories!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elevetha’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress‑free. The check‑in process was a breeze, and Elevetha was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The apartment itself was cozy and spotless—the pictures don’t do enough justice to how beautiful this home is. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our mornings especially relaxing. We felt right at home from day one. I had the luxury of spending 9 days at Lydia’s View. I am working remotely and needed peace and quiet, I could not have discovered a more suitable place. Beautiful interior with new appliances and a pristine/fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed, great shower. The views are like something out of a fairy tale. Expansive blue sea, easily walkable to beaches w/ plenty of shade (and few/no people), and a beautiful yard right outside your door that was thoughtfully designed with picnic tables, swings, lounge chairs, etc. Birds singing, cool breezes, private patio. An amazing retreat. The host, Asunta, deserves 10 🌟’s. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my working time is undisrupted, bringing me groceries every few days, always providing everything I need the moment I need it. Truly superb host 🌟 . Her daughter (Lydia) is a literal ray of sunshine. If you are seeking a more private/peaceful (and lux) experience in lieu of hotels etc, this is it. Thank you Asunta and Queen Lydia

Perfectly placed accommodation for what we wanted to do and see at a great price! Marius was such a great host. He even arranged and delivered a vehicle rental for us right to the door, which was also at a very reasonable price. We loved Union Island theorist time we visited 15 years ago now we love it more and next time we go there (and we will!) we will stay with Marius again.

Casey operates at a standard for Airbnb accommodation that is difficult to match - the combined impact of great, responsive, and pleasant hosting and a property that is clean, comfortable, and convenient. It also helps that these two assets are also located in one of the most beautiful places on the planet, but they can stand alone as exemplary in the tourist accommodation sphere. A guaranteed repeat customer here.

We loved staying at Flo and Karen's property and really enjoyed getting to know them. We'd walk down to the beaches and restaurants daily and then enjoy drinks on the balcony for sunset overlooking the harbor. The bed was superior and worth mentioning. Flo was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt at home and taken care of. Very clean with good AC and all the needed amenities, including a convenient and affordable laundry service. It's no surprise this location is usually booked up by regulars. We'll be one of them when we return to Bequia in the near future!

Great location - it's a short walk down to the bars and restaurants on Belmont Walkway, that runs along the harbour from Princess Margaret Beach to town. Beautiful view of the harbour from the loungers on the balcony.

Very comfortable apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower, and a toilet. It also offers one of the most amazing views of Port Elizabeth Bay! It’s located at the top of a hill, so you’ll need strong legs — or you can take a taxi from the ferry terminal, where there are plenty available. Levna is very, very kind and helped us with everything. We’ll definitely come back!

Irvin place is a typical Caribbean style accommodation. Literally in front of my favorite beach in Bequia (lower bay), where you can see a multitude of fishes. You can easily walk to all the others beaches, bars and restaurants. Definitely for who love to cook their own food, the kitchen has everything you need, from different types of pot and pan to blender, toaster and oven. For the rest it is realistically described from the owner.
