Excellent accommodation and host

A narrow steep staircase leads to the attic accommodation. The property consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when I read the listing, so maybe I missed it. Furniture + bathroom partly already older, but I don't think it's that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

The apartment was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing everything needed for a truly enjoyable stay. Julia was not only accommodating but also genuinely kind and warm-hearted. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant experience!

The accommodation was extremely positive, exactly the one for which came. A quiet and beautiful area with lots of nature. The price-quality ratio as top, and the contact with the host also went well. There were also bicycles available that we definitely used, as the area had a lot of beautiful nature. However, it is advisable to use the car, as otherwise it is difficult to move in the area for groceries or days away.

We were there for the second time and it was just as warm as the first time. We're always happy to come here.

Arieh‘s apartment is on the bank of the Rhein, with a terrific view over the river. The location is very close to the central train station (6 or 7-minute walk), so if you want to be based in the center of Cologne for your visit this is an excellent spot. I stayed for a weekend of Karneval and the location really hit the sweet spot: it was very easy to go to all the festival events, but it was nice and quiet when I needed to rest. Arieh generously loads out the kitchen for you, with bread, cheese, meats, and some fruits and vegis so that you will have something to eat every day. There is also coffee and tea on-site. I bought some of my own groceries anyways but it was really a nice touch to have some food there upon arrival. Arieh even provides showergel and a toothbrush! So this place is really plug and play. Arieh is a terrific host who was in touch before, during, and after the visit. I definitely felt that I was in good hands. Thanks so much Arieh!
