Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Welcome to the heart of the Lower Rhine! Our house in Grefrath-Mülhausen can accommodate up to 10 people, is modernly furnished and well equipped. Ideal for families, groups of friends or trade show guests. Thanks to the good infrastructure, there is an excellent connection to Düsseldorf, Krefeld and cities in the surrounding area. Grefrath also offers numerous leisure opportunities: the EisSport & EventPark, the nearby open-air museum as well as cycling and hiking trails provide variety and relaxation.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and has been built with natural building materials. A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Forest hut

Lonely forest hut in the middle of nature. The hut can be reached by car. It cannot be reached by public transport. Cozy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought by yourself. The hut has household equipment with a good standard. Access and grounds are natural. All guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility and respect nature conservation are welcome. Instructions and key handover only possible in German. Smoking is not allowed.

Our vacation home is idyllically located between Nette and Niers on the left bank of the Lower Rhine, in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. It's the perfect base for a variety of leisure activities in a charming setting. The Geni vacation home is a lovingly renovated and modernly converted cottage from the 19th century and was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. With us live here our dogs, a bunch of chickens and geese as well as several horses and ponies who are allowed to spend their evening here. The vacation home on the Hagen is a rural small house (part of a two-family house) on a 5,000 sqm park-like property with numerous large trees such as walnut trees and various native fruit trees. It is located in the “Mittlere Niers” conservation area in a cul-de-sac with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by fields, meadows and streams, country life shows its pleasant side.
