Family-friendly vacation rentals in Greenwood

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was a short walk to the lake. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. It was a short drive to Conway for shopping and restaurants.

We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

The cozy cabin was just that! It was so clean and was even better than the pictures! The bathroom was large with a nice shower and the outdoor area was great! The kitchen is tiny (which we expected) so it’s much easier to cook outside/use the grill. There are so many great trails and things to do within 10-20 minutes from the cabin.

Amazing place! Clean, lots of amenities, and the place had all the basics you could need! I will definitely be referring friends and returning for future trips!

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Definitely can see all the updates and renovations that have been made. Rustic but with all the modern comforts. We were only there a couple of days but fit in an outdoor fire pit and hot tub! Wish we had a few more days off to enjoy more- but we made the most of it. I take any family time i can get! Thank you!

We had a great weekend with a blended family of young adults! There was hiking and visiting family also visiting while there! Great space and location!

What a wonderful, peaceful oasis! The treehouse at the Shire is just incredible! The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. The grounds and property are just stunning. There are also trails and a trail map to adventure on the property. They also have a very sweet pup, Bo, who became best friends with my dogs (after a friendly introduction and me asking if he was free to play). I can’t say enough positive things about this place! Great location to hike and have a peaceful respite, but close to restaurants too! Also, LGBTQ+ friendly!

What a beautiful location! David is a great host. He made sure we had good directions, tips for the area, and was quick to answer any questions. The lakeside cabin has absolutely everything you need to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The view of the lake is spectacular. The cabin is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and Echo lake is a gorgeous pristine lake. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the dock. We swam, kayaked, canoed and even tried out the paddle boards that came with the house. We would love to come back! Thanks!

We had an excellent time during our stay. The location is walkable to restaurants and even hiking trails. There is a pottery store on the first floor (The Groggy Rabbit) we had a fun afternoon painting ceramics. The apartment is a LARGE one bedroom and plenty of space for our family of four with two young kids. Thank you Liz for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning soon!

This cabin was just as described and perfect for two couples. We liked the added privacy of having one bedroom upstairs and one down. The layout made it feel spacious but it was still cozy and very clean and comfortable. Also very close to some of our favorite spots (like Ledge Brewing and The Sunrise Shack). Would definitely return!

The listing, the communication, the home, the location…all exceptional. Haven’t had a nicer place than this in a while. It was quiet and very comfortable. Minutes from great food, shopping, and things to love in the North Conway area. Very much recommended

Perfect base for outdoor activities in the area. The house is tucked away in the woods with beautiful mountain views right outside the front window. Host was proactive and flexible. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

The condo was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our family. Extra blankets in each closet and the beds were so comfortable! Easy to find and very close to the mountain we were skiing at for the week. Clubhouse with the pool was also within walking distance which was a huge plus.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

As a kid my parents brought me and my sisters up to North Conway most of our childhood. It’s a great place with lots of adventures and places to relax for all types. At an age where I want to share those same experiences with my own family, Sandra’s great spot it’s a perfect location. It’s cozy, clean, has great views off the balcony, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we knew where things were (at the condo and around town). Looking forward to going back again in the future and would happily recommend this Airbnb to others.

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Great place to stay, clean and well equipped. Be prepared to walk up three LONG flights of stairs but worth it. The outdoor community pool was not very warm and the gas fireplace was not an easy start. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole unit was very clean and extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent. Looking forward to a return trip. Listing claims there is NO hair dryer but there is one. Pretty enjoyable stay.
