Great, clean space at a great location. Having on-site parking was very helpful. Nice ocean views from multiple rooms.

Great host, a great location, and so close to things to do. Found great places to eat, and local conveniences were easy to find. Jay was so helpful, and the place had great charm. I would stay here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

My wife & I stayed for a long weekend to attend a film festival and found this condo to be perfect for our needs: quiet, clean, nicely maintained. Myke was nice enough to offer an early check-in and responded quickly when we had questions. The location is just a few blocks from the beach & a short walk to then many shops & restaurants along Cookman St. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

Lovely home with so many cute decorative additions to the home. The beds were cozy and the space felt so welcoming.

Domenic's apartment is comfortable, pristine and clean. Completely redone apartment that looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Welcoming and responsive

This was a perfect place for our visit to see family while accommodating our two dogs. It’s a great location to go to the beach as well as walk to restaurants. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The place was super cute and had anything you would need for your stay. It was very clean and I loved that Tommy had coffee, cleaning supplies and even dog bowls. Thanks for being a super host and we look forward to our next visit!!

Great place to stay. Close to everything and having two bathrooms is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the place feels bigger than it looks. The kitchen is a nice gathering area that can sit and feed a good family meal!

Super spacious and great place. More than enough space for our family of 6. My best friend was getting married so it was a great walkable location for a long weekend at the beach. I’ll definitely book it again next year for a long weekend just to visit.

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Charleen and Nick were perfect hosts. We were in town for a music festival and they were very accommodating of our unique schedule. The stay was lovely. The beach and boardwalk are only a block away and we took full advantage!

We stayed at Sharon’s for a weekend of skiing. Sharon’s ski condo was absolutely lovely. It was clean and neat. It was decorated so nice and felt so cozy! The views of the lake and mountain were beautiful. It was a very peaceful. We absolutely loved it. The location was great for skiing at big boulder. Sharon was a the best host as communication was excellent and Sharon was so friendly. She allowed us to check out a little later in the date of our departure. There was tons of information on all local places etc and a guest handbook with any/all information you would need. We will absolutely be back! Beautiful place! It looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Such a nice spot—could walk my surfboard to the beach. Would stay again.
