The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, cable, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston MA or Portland ME. Just 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch and 5-15 min drive to a number of Maine beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a cat that lives in private portion of home.

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

The spot is a real gem. My family of four, including two children, thoroughly enjoyed our time canoeing, eating fireside and sitting in the woods with the birds and other wildlife. It has a remote and private feel, even while being relatively close to campus and the greater Seacoast. There are thoughtful touches in the home (stainless steel kettle, natural soaps, etc) and on a cool June evening the fire kept us toasty in the loft. Our time was more glamorous than camping. It was perfection and we are already planning our next trip!

Our stay at bevs, on island path was fabulous. Bev really thought of all the amenities. It was clean, functionally location wise, and a real treat to come back after a Long Beach day and feel very comfortable. I’d say cozy. We’ve stayed in a few air b n bs in Hampton and rated them probably undeservingly well. This one is honestly the best we’ve stayed in. Not to mention Bev is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local eateries, and activities, and always responds promptly to messaging. Thanks for an amazing stay Bev. This place was a gem! It was wonderfully located and close to town and the training center where inwas taking classes. The territorial view was gorgeous and it was nice sitting out on the deck looking out at it and drinking coffee. It was a great way to start the day! Will definitely be a base when in the area, if available! Great find in a great area!

I had a very good time there. If you are looking for a quiet and setaway place, it is ideal. George and Ethel were very kind with me and they did everything so that I didn't miss anything. In the middle of nature, in this summer period the nights and awakenings were pleasant. Thanks to them for the warm welcome. I recommend and I will go back without hesitation.
