Saratoga Gem

This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. A charming, 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mtns. and just 9 miles from Saratoga Springs NY, boasting quiet solitude. The winding staircase leads to a sleeping area and covered porch. Also, outdoor kitchen, deck, fire pit and full bath just a few steps away. Please keep in mind that our treehouse is meant as a quiet retreat for 1-3 people.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
