Family-friendly vacation rentals in Greenbank

Thanks to Karen and Michael for a very comfortable stay! We felt very at home from the minute we walked in and had really restful sleeps. The place is super kid friendly and our 18 month old was very safe and comfy too. It has great kitchen appliances, we appreciated all the little welcome chocs, snacks and breaky foods, and all the good quality bed and bath things. Can’t talk highly enough about this airbnb! Would stay again.

I had a great stay at this place during my trip to the Gold Coast. Everything was more than just good – the cleanliness, comfort, and overall setup exceeded my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the place looked exactly like the photos. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great experience overall!

Beautiful stay, lovely location right in the heart of surfers paradise easy walk to restaurants and the beach, and right next to tram line if you’re looking to go a little further. The view was beautiful and a very comfortable stay. John was also so helpful with information and checking in to see if everything was okay! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay! The highlight was definitely the balcony — we could watch both the sunrise and sunset right from there, each painting the sky with breathtaking colors. At night, the city lights created a magical view that we couldn’t get enough of. The beach was just a short walk away, making morning strolls and evening beach visits so easy and enjoyable. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Pete was very responsive. Highly recommend this stay — we’ll definitely be back!

We would have stayed longer if the place was available. We stayed for 1 week and it was well worth what we paid for. The place was homely, clean and spacious. We were able to cook our own meals with the fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, you have the train station across the road and you’re behind the town centre so everything is accessible via walk; restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries. But importantly, it’s still quiet and private despite it being so close to everything. Adam was a great host, very friendly and his communication was excellent. We had trouble with the vacuum and he came through and helped us with it. We will absolutely stay again when we visit family in Cleveland. Thanks Adam! Highly recommend.

We stayed in Brisbane for two nights with our two Mini Schnauzers. The apartment has a private grassed area just outside the front door which was fantastic for the dogs. Apartment was just as described by Richard. It is very comfortable, everything was very clean and Richard has just about everything you need in the apartment. Great value for a dog friendly apartment within 5 mins walk of James St precinct and the Gasworks area at Tenerife. Highly Recommend to dog owners.

Alyssa’s place is in a quiet, peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living room and balcony provided great spaces for family time. Alyssa and her partner were very friendly, and her son was so kind to play with my kids. Highly recommend this cozy, welcoming spot!

What a fantastic stay! Miriam is an absolute gem of a host – so accommodating, incredibly responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to communicate with. Her apartment was immaculately clean, and the location is unbeatable! It's super convenient for the CBD, plus there's a fantastic French bakery right around the corner that we adored. Highly, highly recommend Miriam's place!

It is a beautiful spot on the Gold Coast. Even more special is the absolute beachfront location and the VIEWS!! The photo’s are a true representation of Sandi’s place. Our comfort was Sandi’s number 1 priority and she went out of her way to make sure we are being looked after. Communication was super easy. This was our second booking with Jose & Liria and will continue to choose them (if available) for all of our future weekend family getaways!!! As per the first time we stayed, they were amazing and accommodating to my family and I. It's absolutely Home away from Home!! It's central to EVERYTHING and unless you want to catch a tram to Pac Fair etc, then everything else is within walking distance. Check in was smooth, check out was also good going. I highly recommend Jose & Lirias place!! It's family friendly and comfortable. if I could give more stars, I'd give 100/10 😁

31 st Catherines terrace studio A is a great place to stay if your looking for something in a quiet neighbourhood and out of the way of the busy city. The studio is also walking distance to the Wynnum Central station, local cafes and grocery store. We felt quite at home while staying here, Patrick was at the studio on arrival which made check in and finding everything a seamless experience. The interior of the studio was well laid out and definitely a winner, quality appliances and bedding have not been skimped upon. We really enjoyed staying at this studio and we will be on the lookout for availability when travelling to Wynnum again.
