A great apartment including a secure parking space in the underground garage. A quiet area with beautiful views of the Oder. In 10 minutes you can walk to the city center. Also positive are two small grocery stores nearby. We will be happy to come back.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment during my stay in Poznań and I can safely say that it is a great choice! The location is perfect – just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, which makes it possible to fully enjoy the charms of the city without the need for transportation. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Everything I needed was there, and the contact with the host was quick and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the heart of Poznań.

Everything is great, clean as in the photos. A small drawback was the lack of a door in the bathroom🙈, but apart from that, it's really fine

It was our first time in Wroclaw, so we didn't really know how to choose the apartment before. The apartment is very well located, it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the old town! The decor exactly meets our taste, modern but stylish. Ideally suited for 2 persons. The door to the stairwell is a little noise permeable, but that did not bother us. We liked the city and the apartment very much, we will be happy to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alexandra's apartment, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, showcasing Alexandra's great taste and attention to detail. The living space was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable furnishings that made it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, which made cooking a delight. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like coffee and tea provided for guests. The bedroom was a true sanctuary, featuring a cozy bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Location-wise, the apartment couldn't be better situated. It was conveniently located near local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We can’t wait to come back for a visit

The house is suitable for couple holidays as well as for the whole family. The property is large, so children can let off steam. The lake is in 3 minutes on foot and offers a small beach. There is a separate swimming spot on the lake. We were provided with bicycles. There is ample parking is available right in front of the house. The neighbors are nice and the whole area looks very well maintained. There is a quality kitchen (induction stove, side-by-side fridge), large beds, two bathrooms. Piotr has been thinking a lot about making his guests comfortable and cozy. In our opinion, there are two shortcomings: i) the internet could be faster (Youtube, Netflix, etc., but for (business)video conferences it is not always sufficient, ii) the home gym is missing a bench for the barbell, but the stepper works flawlessly. We loved the stay and would definitely come back again!

Margo's house was lovely and had everything we could have needed. it was a great get away for us and the dogs and we had some lovely walks close to the property.

It was 5 great days in the small house by the lake. We went hiking in the nearby nature reserve and rented kayaks in Tleń. But even for people who don't want to do anything, the place offers everything you need to have a nice time. Shopping can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

A great place for a large group to unwind from living in a big city. The area is filled with wild birds, which makes the mornings on the porch absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, there is no direct access to the lake - there are only private beaches next to the house, which are unavailable to outside visitors. There's a public beach nearby but be prepared to meet a crowd there during the season.

A short walk (100m) and you are at the best spot of the lake. We had our SUPs with us and used them every day without having to deflat them. You can walk around the lake (12km), wich was great. The train to Boskowo-letnisko is only 3 times a day, what makes it hard to get there by train, but it is possible.

We were in a custom period around New Year's Eve, we found exactly what we were looking for: peace and great walking places. In addition, our dog appreciated a large fenced garden where he could run freely. Super-equipped cottage, the kitchen has everything you need and even more :) We'd love to come back :)

Great place in a great location. The host lives nearby, making communication and service very good. Nevertheless, you always have your privacy throughout the property. We had no significant criticisms and were completely satisfied. Clear recommendation, especially for the price.

Maria is a very nice hostess. A cottage well-maintained everywhere, clean, well-equipped. It provides many experiences for the younger and old. Very close to the lake, nice quiet atmosphere, beautiful views. I can honestly recommend this cottage.
