Quiet stay, no inconvenience. Building in a very good location and with many attractions in the area. The host is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions or requests. The only suggestion for this apartment is the installation of an air conditioner. Thanks for hosting.

Jaque is a 10-star person, she received us to deliver the key, went with us to the property, an incredible and attentive person! We really liked her, every day she sent a message to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Her place is perfect. I highly recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever. Beautiful, cozy and very well located.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

The house is beautiful, cozy, clean and has everything you need. Good towels and sheets. Great place to disconnect and relax. There are good restaurants nearby and Suzana was great, she gave us several tips and was super attentive. We loved it.

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

Henrique's apartment is beautifully located in the neighborhood of Savassi, a neighborhood of the bars of Belo Horizonte. All clear, new, working. Answered all msgs quickly and cordially. The apartment is very comfortable.

Great apartment, very well divided, has a nearby supermarket, building and quiet neighbors, a region very close to downtown. Very kind and quick hosts to solve any problems.
