Lake cabins in Great Sacandaga Lake

We stay in this beautiful house every year for our ski vacation, and we absolutely love it. The combination of comfort, stunning natural surroundings, and the owner’s warm hospitality makes it a truly special place. Every visit, we fall in love with the house all over again. Some of the highlights include the outdoor jacuzzi, the fantastic family room with air hockey and ping pong, and the walk to the lake. Altogether, it’s a perfect getaway, and we hope to return year after year.

Our second trip to this home was just as pleasant as the first one. House is clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Most especially, we are grateful to the host for accommodating our last-minute request to move our dates due to a major winter storm.

Leo & Michelle’s Lake house is great! Awesome spot with fantastic views off the lake. Close to Lake George & Saratoga Springs. Very quiet and relaxing. There was everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed it perfect thank you so much for the extras that hardly any Airbnb provides! My husband says thank you so much for all the wood you provided it saved him from hauling it. We left our kayaks in North Carolina because they would make too much noise however we were surprised to find kayaks and fishing poles available for renters! You really should put that in your ad, may have been the decision point that we would’ve chosen for you It would be nice if all Airbnb were as accommodating as you guys were . based on the extras ! Hopefully nobody in the future takes advantage of you.

Our stay was top-notch, clean, comfortable, every little detail thought out beforehand, we lacked for absolutely nothing! Check-in/Checkout instructions were clear, Rich was very responsive to any question, his restaurant recommendations were accurate- would love to stay again.

beautiful home. Very nostalgic for the Adirondacks! we went up for an ice fishing trip with the kids and some friends. great little town and beautiful backdrop of the mountains on the lake. We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely perfect. Don't pass up the opportunity to stay at this cabin! She describes it well, beautiful view, private, stunning view. Towpath landing is so cool and Christine has a vision. I was a victim of Hurricane Helene, Christine had such a heard and genuinely cared for me, giving me a place to stay and heal, recover. Highly recommend staying here, supporting the property and it's heart. Not like other places in all the best ways. You'll feel at home, cozy, welcome, relaxed the whole time. The sun room was just the best for sipping coffee and watched leaves fall. Thanks so much for an incredible stay! Can't wait to come back and tell others to visit!

This was our second time staying at Ania and Stan’s beautiful cabin and just as we anticipated, it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a getaway that feels as cozy as bringing your home to stunning Lake George, this is the place for you! Ania has truly thought of everything! The location really can’t be beat! You have a stunning view of Lake George mixed with the peaceful quiet of the woods surrounding you. If you’re a fan of the night sky, bring your camera because its absolutely breathtaking being able to see so many stars shining right above you. The cabin is so close to town which makes it so easy to get out and really enjoy all that Lake George has to offer. The beds, sofas and linens are all so comfy and cozy. Ania even gave us the heads up that the weather was going to drop quite a bit during our stay and had space heaters already set up to get the cabin nice and comfy for us upon arrival. I cant express enough how much we enjoyed our stay, we cannot wait to get back! 🤍

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy cabin. The view and the ambience were worth taking the trip here. A slight annoyance was that the stove was pretty noisy, and without it, the house cooled down quickly.

My husband and I stayed with our baby son at the cabin. It was so cozy and homey. We felt such peace there and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was organized and clean. Scott’s instructions were clear and he was so responsive when we had questions. We would love to visit Lake George again and highly recommend this cabin.

Had an amazing time at this adorable cabin! We happened to be visiting during a winter storm which made the cabin even more charming. Jackie was wonderful and offered for us to change the reservation due to the storm but we decided to go ahead as planned and had a great time. The place was so clean, cozy and the views were amazing! Highly recommend!

This is my family's second stay at Jeff's listing. It is our absolute favorite trip we now look forward to taking each year. The house is even more beautiful and peaceful in person than in the photos. Jeff was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless upon check in and had all the amenities we could ever want/need. I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful area beautifully kept vintage house, spectacular views, and awesome quick response and service

This spot was great! It served as a base camp for the Adirondack portion of our 2024 fall expedition. It's just minutes from Lake George but not in the chaos so when you are done there you feel like you are going home. Our only regret is that we had so many road trips planned we didn't get to spend much time at Glen lake - it is so peaceful and quiet. However, It was great to wake up each morning to the sun sparkling across the lake and coming right into the living room through the trees, especially with the leaves radiating in color. Everything is right nearby so it's super convenient and it's just a minute from RT87 so you can go where ever you want. The host we're super nice, very friendly and made it feel like we were at our 3rd home - totally comfortable! We'd go back in a heartbeat...

The property was perfect-steps away from the lake, clean, organized, had everything you could want. Better than the pictures!! The hosts were great-giving us recommendations of local places and very specific information for parking and the dock. Would for sure look to return to the proposal again.

What a great house for a family. Game garage was a huge hit for my 4 boys. Hot tub, canoe on a beautiful pond, this was a great stay.

She made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Karen puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful spot right on the lake. We loved having access to the boats during the day, and in the evenings, sitting around the firepit with family under the stars was just perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. Luke & Joy's place was absolutely beautiful! Even better than what I expected. It was so clean and felt so homey. I loved sitting on the porch every morning with my coffee with beautiful views of the forest and ponds. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was amazing. Very easy check in and check out process as well. The tall pines sign was very helpful to know where to turn into the driveway. There's a tops and a few restaurants nearby that are easy to get to. I also recommend checking out downtown Saratoga Springs and Lake George. My friends and I had a great time! You definitely won't be disappointed with a stay here!
