Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The house is next to our other cabin listing. At night the stars are bright and clear. Enjoy amazing sun rises and sunsets with a beautiful gazebo overlooking a pond. Play a game of corn hole, horse shoes, or giant connect four while enjoying the 3 acres of outdoor space. Less than 1 mile to the sandy beach of Lake Texoma. Stand up paddle boards are available for use. Truck or small SUV needed to transport lake items. Board games and children’s toys inside

Our cabin is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 living, 1 dining, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our property is a functional, affordable, and was very well thought out for families.
