If I could give more stars, I would! This home is so charming and looks exactly like the photos! It is pristine and spotless from top to bottom, and everything needed within the house was easy to find and access. Everything went smoothly because Ashley's instructions were laid out perfectly. You feel right at home from the minute you walk in. Everything was easy to find and operate. Loved all the modern amenities throughout the home, and the game board on the kitchen wall is super cool. Walking to the beach in the morning was lovely before exploring other areas of the Cape. Just starts your day off right :) There are many beautiful beaches, trails, and historical sites to explore. The large enclosed porch was perfect for winding down after a day of adventures and sightseeing. I cannot recommend this home enough. Will be coming back for sure! Thank you, Ashley, for everything! What a great find!

Remember when you were a child and you went to your favorite aunt’s house, and it was everything? That’s exactly what the Point House is! It’s spacious while being cozy, and it has more amenities than most every Airbnb. The views are spectacular and ever changing according to the time of day and weather. Our host was prompt in responding and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations….shout out to The Lobster Trap, the Trading Post Lounge, the Corner Cafe, and the Chartroom! I certainly hope we will be able to visit again and often! Thank you for a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Gen's charming Cape Cod home. The property is beautifully isolated in a green oasis, surrounded by trees, and great landscaping, offering a paceful stay. Close proximity to the Lobster Trap made it even more convenient. Communication with the host was a breeze, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lil Beach Bungalow. We were in town visiting family who live in Wareham so it was perfectly located (close but not TOO close!) to them. The house was perfect for what we needed and a great alternative to other local lodging options. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, with the beach just a short walk around the corner. While it wasn’t necessarily beach weather for us, we still were able to take some sunset beach walks and collect some cool shells. Very yummy coffee cafe within walking distance too. The house was very clean and tidy, super comfortable beds, and the kitchen was stocked with all things needed for a convenient stay. The kids loved the bunk bed set up. Washer/dryer access was a huge bonus as well. The outside of the property was well maintained and we had several visits from different critters playing in the back yard! We will definitely be utilizing the Beach Bungalow for our next trip!

Allison is a dream host. We stayed at the cottage for our engagement and proposal trip and couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for it. Allison created a magical Cape Cod experience full of beautiful details including fresh flowers, relaxing hammock, chill breakfast deck, whimsical treehouse, soft bedding and wonderful kitchen with views of nature. Everything is designed with fine taste and genuine care. Line of sights flow elegantly and framed beautiful views throughout the space. She left us handwritten notes and generously prepared the space for our engagement photoshoot. We had such a peaceful and romantic time at the cottage that it felt like a sweet home away from home. We left with lots of happy memories and inspirations. Thank you Allison. We truly loved the space and would come back again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I wanted to plan a short, relaxing coastal trip this spring. This air Bnb alone completely added to the experience. It felt super homey, was very clean, and had plenty of things to do within (games, books, tv, hammock, etc.). The surrounding area was beautiful. Lots of sight seeing in the neighborhood and surrounding town, perfect for an early morning walk. It was also super quiet, which is a bonus We all agreed that we would go back if we were to return to Massachusetts. Would highly recommend

Carl’s place was peaceful and just what we were looking for. It was homey and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and would stay there again! Carl and Chris were also super attentive and helpful!

M was extremely responsive when we arrived, helpful, and friendly. The tiny cottage was exactly as described, but do be aware there is no working AC until summer. The tiny kitchen is very well stocked with nearly everything you need to cook with, which is very helpful. She even has some books and games available if you have time to spare. We had a very nice stay at M's place and will definitely be back.
