I really enjoyed my stay at Tama’s place! The historic Pueblo home is very cute and interesting, and Tama was a great hostess! She made me feel very welcome and “ at home”. Easy walk to town and great views from the place.

Hacienda Encantada, a magical and calming site

EricRating, 5 stars22 months ago
This private retreat was an incredible value. We could not see or hear neighbors. It was clean and had everything we required. Plenty of space for a family with three kids to spread out. The views from the large balcony of the Mimbres valley and Black Mountains were incredible morning to evening. For us, the location was as close to Albuquerque as feasible with good access to both the Gila and Silver City. High speed internet worked well. Be prepared for a steep gravel driveway and final 1/4 mile of street… as Anna indicated…. but nothing unmanageable by taking it slow. While we stayed here on near 90 degree days, the lack of AC didn’t bother us as we were out during the days and it cools off so quickly in the evenings (house is on east face of a steep hill). The house also has large overhangs on most windows keeping midday summer sun and rain out. While the lot is large and private and fenced, it was quite steep terrain so young children need supervision.
A paved driveway leads up to a stone home surrounded by native landscaping. A basketball hoop is positioned in the driveway, with a view of the home featuring a sloped roof. Rocky outcroppings and various plants are visible, contributing to the natural outdoor setting.

What a great space. Open, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is amazing and so well stocked. We ate all our meals there. It’s in an incredible natural setting; it was so nice to sit outside and gaze at the stars. Amanda was super responsive and helpful, quickly addressing the small extra needs that we had. I would highly recommend Amanda’s place

Winery Estate.

JanivaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We got checked in & did a full look around. The place is so beautiful and being next to the winery is even better! The vibe is so chill & the back patio was loved by everyone!! Loved that it has a washer and dryer because it came in handy. The flower bed in the front is gorgeous also. If your planning on staying here it's perfect, the beds are comfortable and the blankets were soft!! The weather ended up being really nasty when it came time to check out and our host allowed us to stay until it cleared! The host is amazing & so is their home. We'll definitely be booking again in the future!!!!

Agave Log Cabin at New Mexico Cabin Rentals

SallyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay in the Agave cabin -- esp the front porch and rocking chairs! Loved the peace and quiet, stars at night.. Sad we didn't make time for hiking on the property as we went other places to hike/explore... we'll be back! We did a lot of cooking - kitchen was very well-stocked with utensils and cookware. Bed was comfy, cabin clean. Nice stash of movies for their DVD player. Hollie and Marcus were very kind & helpful. Did a load of laundry in the common area while there -- nice that was available (bring your own detergent). TYSM! We look forward to our next stay !

Little log cabin on the Gila “The Gatehouse “

JoeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I stayed for a month, but I wish it was longer! My dog and I felt right at home, and she loved to enjoy all of the smells of nature. The ranch is surrounded by hills and mountains, incredible scenery to wake up to. There is so much to explore on the ranch. Many animals to interact with, ponds to enjoy, and the river is just a short walk away. Rose & Grace were very helpful & they always had new suggestions of the surrounding areas to explore. I would come back here in a heartbeat

Cozy Hideout Cabin at New Mexico Cabin Rentals

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The best thing about the Hideout Cabin is the location on Bear Creek. The porch is spacious and we ate every meal out there. The two bird feeders attracted birds like the acorn woodpecker and black chinned hummingbirds (while drinking coffee!). We hiked all over the place beneath groves of cottonwood and sycamore and up the steep climb to an extensive state Wildlife Management Area. It’s a stunning landscape. The cabin had everything we needed. The cowboy decor and antique furnishings are fitting given the ranching history of the property.

Historic adobe on the Gila River

JoyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Rose was very helpful and communicative. We booked at the last minute and arrived late at night. Rose went over to the house and turned some lights on for us and made sure the gas stove was on. The house was nice and warm and welcoming upon our arrival. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than expected but Rose made some suggestions of things we should check out before we left, which we did. Would definitely like to stay here again and be able to spend more time and enjoy the area.
