Impeccable, bright and very comfortable apartment, clear instructions to get there independently, close to the ferry terminal, within walking distance:)

The apartment was in a great location for visiting Guadeloupe. It is located at ground level. It was very clean and matches the photos . The host was very friendly you can communicate with her easily . The only small thing that would need to be improved is the exterior condition of the building, the building is aging and would need maintenance.

I stayed there for 50 days, pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. They go so far as to take steps to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment.

We were hosted very well and he made it easy for us to arrive instead of 2 p.m., we were able to settle in at 11 a.m., really very kind of him. If you really want peace and quiet, I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. We didn't have a car and everything was within walking distance, even the departure from the dock for excursions. Despite a water cut by the City, everything was organized to ensure our stay went smoothly. The hosts even offered additional solutions for our comfort. The calm of the place, the pool and the grounds always clean as well as the sea a few steps away for diving… we couldn't have asked for more! Arriving earlier at the airport, the arrival time at the apartment was even brought forward without any problem. We would highly recommend and hope to be able to return eventually.

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Charlene's, the house is very pleasant to stay in, very well equipped for adults and children alike. It is ideal for a family with young children. We enjoyed all the little touches. We recommend this listing without hesitation.

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

Villa Kaza Zen is ideally located in a quiet residential area and close to commerce like a Bakery (within easy walking distance). The house is new and very well-equipped. The pool is maintained for the duration of the stay and the terrace is ideally arranged. The bedding is of very good quality and beds were made on arrival. We had a great stay and Clement gave us some exit tips and was responsive during each request (especially when I touch what should not touch😇). We keep this great place.

Simply amazing place. Beautiful villa, which besides being very clean is very functional. From the decor, to the quality of the amenities to the layout, everything is well studied and you have everything you need. Host Tessy and her husband we didn't see are very welcoming responsive and proactive, really adorable we can't do much better. We had Didier on site who takes care of the house in their absence and who is great too and is good advice on what to do or eat around and who is there to respond to the slightest request. Naturally, I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Excellent stay in Sainte-Anne. Hosts were very accommodating, location is excellent, right in front of the the beach. Beautiful apartment with lots of space., very clean and comfortable for a family for 4. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Merci!

We were looking for a place not far from the airport so as not to drive after the long flight and in the middle of Guadeloupe to reduce travel and this accommodation was perfect for us. It matches the photos with everything you need inside and very clean. The best part of the apartment is that it has drinking water at the tap and an additional water tank which in our case was very useful because of the water service strikes during our stay. Would highly recommend, hoping to come back soon if possible

The accommodation was well located and as described in the description, i.e.: charming, clean and well decorated. during the stay we had a problem with the electricity and the Airbnb manager was very helpful and available. We greatly appreciated it. Only small point: we would have liked to have been notified as soon as we arrived that we had to provide toilet paper and dish soap ourselves. All of us, great stay. We are very satisfied with the accommodation.

Great apartment, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The pool is huge and great for a little relaxing swim. Beautiful “exclusive” beach with good snorkeling. Restaurant on site very good. We had an amazing week at Valerie's place. The residence is exceptional: from the first day, in the early morning we went to lunch on the beautiful beach of the residence and saw hummingbirds and pelicans! What happiness. The apartment is halfway between the pool and the beach (50 m to go to one side or the other!). The pool is also very nice: never crowded, huge and the hours (9am/10pm) are appreciated when you come home late and you want to do a few laps. Finally, the most exceptional is the welcome of Valerie and Marie-Annick who oversees arrivals and departures. Valerie had planned to delight us on the evening of our arrival and for breakfast. This is the first time we have been welcomed in this way, it's a real joy. She also cared about our well-being in the week, but how not to be well when you're in paradise!!!
