Voici leur histoire… Un corps de ferme attenant à cet appartement. En effet, ce lieu, était une étable auparavant, Il y avait des vaches, des cochons, de la paille à même le sol. The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

Enjoy a comfortable and bright space with an open equipped kitchen. Our village, between Strasbourg and Colmar, is close to Germany, 10 minutes from Europa-Park, the many Alsatian Christmas markets and Haut-Koenigsbourg.

At the foot of the Donon massif, we offer a completely renovated gîte from an old barn. It consists of three bedrooms with bathroom for each: Two equipped with a shower and the third with a bathtub. A living room with lounge and TV, integrated and equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room. House on two levels, with a terrace, private fenced green area, and two parking spaces. The cottage is equipped with a Nordic bath for an extra fee.

Thanks to this new stopover, you can come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny-Sous-Châtillon, and admire an exceptional panorama of the Marne Valley, during a walk
