Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand-Bourg

We spent five nights in this studio and felt immediately comfortable. Modernly furnished and thought of everything. Even a shopping cart and an umbrella were there. The only damper was the occasional lack of water in the kitchen, which was apparently normal in the marina. For this reason, a water tank was installed for the bathroom. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience.

Very well located apartment secured full equipment in the kitchen. Beach towels and umbrellas provided which is very nice when traveling light! Nespresso machine washing machine dishwasher very large full beds sea view, water reserve so no constraints. Just missing sunbeds and a shade point at the pool but it's not related to the host .

Stunning house divided into 2 self-catering units. We were 3 couples and stayed in the apartment downstairs ideal for 6 people 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms + 1 gym. The kitchen open to the terrace by the pool we had all our meals on the very friendly high bar table. Premium performance in a green setting. Refined bed linen and shower product with a subtle smell provided. Very nice interior decor even though we were mainly outside. In short, we highly recommend it.

Impeccable rental, close to Milenis shopping center and airport. The instructions are clear to get to the accommodation (via waze), take the 1st path to the right from the main street... Nicole is welcoming and always available while being very discreet. I would recommend this place with modern and neat decoration and very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, is as in the photos, one or the other shaky holder. Dishes available, but very little but sufficient. Vernette is easily accessible, answers quickly and possibly fixes problems ( e.g. adapter for outlet).

Wonderful stay. Great location in town and right on the water. Tons of stuff walking distance. The views are incredible. Very luxurious house. Very thoughtful and kind of the host to provide us a bottle of wine. I would recommend staying here. Parking available on the street in front of the house

Thank you Edouard and Laetitia for our pleasant stay. The place is good for my family, with two children (6 years and 21 months). The pool is great after a day of sightseeing outdoors, and is safe for young children. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, you can walk around. The accommodation is close to the beaches (5 minutes by car), as well as the pharmacy, Leclerc and Carrefour. We communicated well with the owner, who gave us some good tips for our visits. And thank you again for the welcome gifts! We really felt at home in Guadeloupe, thanks to your beautiful garden and good rum. We can't wait to come back to your place soon! 👋

2 weeks at Villa Cactus, it matches the photos, well decorated in a quiet area. Renaud is welcoming, friendly and responds quickly if needed. He is very close but very discreet. Very comfortable bed, showers work great. No lack of water because there is a tank. Two small bungalows a short walk from each other, the bedroom has a beautiful terrace in front, two other covered terraces, always possible to have hombre. There is a road below, but not disturbing, by day it is the birds we hear and in the evening concert of frogs and insects. It's beautiful, greenery all around, palms, cacti. Street parking, but neighborhood traffic only, so no worries. Kitchen, oven and washing machine works great. The pool is a real plus at the end of the day. We would recommend it and would happily recommend it.

The house was better than in the listing. The amenities, especially those in the kitchen, are complete and of high quality. The owner is very nice, we had a great time.

The studio is really impeccable, decorated with care and taste. Ideally located between Le Gosier and Sainte-Anne, the outside is really great, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Air-conditioned space with mosquito netting. Self-check-in thanks to Daniel's explanations, who is very friendly, as are the dog and cat who are very eager for affection! And be able to enjoy the beautiful pool too! We recommend it!

Beautiful villa, with an extraordinary view, sunset at the rendezvous. All comforts in the house and a giant outdoor living space with its carbet, swimming pool and hammock, relaxation assured. Danielle is a remarkable kindness and always available. We highly recommend this listing.

We spent a quiet week, overlooking flamboyant greenery, a pool big enough to cool off, ideal for a couple. Tastefully decorated accommodation, dream bedding, everything has been thought out for a perfect week. In addition, Régis is available, attentive and responsive to any questions or problems encountered. It's all there, we would recommend it in a second!

We loved being able to rest in this home. The offered spa was very much appreciated at the end of our days. The view of the garden from the bedroom, the view of the Saints and the mountains from the garden, just beautiful. We had a great welcome from Clementine and her husband. i recommend it!

we had problems with the water outages ( problems related to the city and not the accommodation ) then we fell badly compared to the date because on Monday di de paque the tradition is to camp on the beach so we have a little noise..... but all this is forgotten thanks to the charm of the accommodation and especially its magnificent view of the beach.... sleeping and hearing the sound of the waves is simply magical . ...

Very pleasant stay in a well located apartment, close enough to the center of Portsmouth, ideal for getting around by bus in the north of the island. Naome is friendly and friendly, and her instructions to arrive were very clear.

Very spacious, clean and functional accommodation. The hosts are very reliable and friendly. Always very responsive. Great value for money. Ideal for visiting the volcano or the saints, for example. All the amenities are there, it feels like home. We'll go back without a second thought if we have the opportunity to return to Guadeloupe.

We stayed here for 3 days during a tour of the island and I have to say everything perfectly as described even better, cleanliness order nothing left to chance, one of these places that stay in your heart like the island. I highly recommend if you go to Guadeloupe to stay here that if you don't want to move to the beach there is a pool
