Pleasant 3-room apartment

Jean-François Rating, 5 stars10 months ago
Excellent stay in Grand Bassam made possible thanks to this very well appointed and functional apartment in terms of these amenities. A host concerned about our comfort with little touches upon arrival and a concierge who takes care of us throughout the stay. Small downside: the bedding Oumar promised to improve soon. If we were to return to the area in the future, this is where we would put our bags down. Thank you again very much to Oumar...

A Truly Exceptional Stay! From the moment we booked, Serge went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. His communication was outstanding always prompt, kind, and incredibly helpful. He genuinely cared about our experience and did everything he could to accommodate my family. The home itself was absolutely beautiful spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt like a true home away from home. My family and I were blown away by the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. This was one of the most remarkable stays we’ve ever had, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. Highly, highly recommend Serge’s place to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a top-tier Airbnb experience. Thank you again, Serge, for everything!

The accommodation is just impeccable, brand new in a secure building (with guard) and elevator. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and air-conditioned. Mr. Evrard is available, responsive and caring in his interactions. A very pleasant and communicative owner. We'll be back without a second thought.

I rented this apartment for my PhD student accompanied by his wife and young children for a nearby conference. I didn't see it myself, but the young family was very satisfied with it.
