Condo vacation rentals in Grand Baie Public Beach

Firstly, thank you very much indeed for the flowers and food pack - Really appreciated - THANK YOU! I must also say that Brendan (Manager) was brilliant and has the patience of a saint, but made sure we got what we needed and gave great advise in the process. The icing on the cake was the proactive approach he took to recovering my phone, which I lost on the beach. A god send. I also have to say that the daily servicing of the apartment was excellent and appropriately done - we never felt an invasion of privacy or interruption. The lady has a very respectful attitude and thorough in her role and duties. As for the apartment and the location was perfect for us, taking full advantage of walking between 10 - 14 KLMs of beaches daily - E1 was perfect and loved the location within the complex. The complex is clearly very well managed and the pool in perfect order 24/7, clean tidy, well presented. Small things but make the icing on the cake for an exceptional holiday. Will be back!

Appartement conforme à la description! Très bien situé proche du front de mer, le parking privé de la résidence est très pratique!

Cyril est très accueillant et le logement extrêmement bien placé. Attention toutefois : si vous souhaitez vous y rendre en voiture, google maps ne pourra rien pour vous, il vous faudra découvrir le chemin sinueux permettant d'y accéder (à pied aucun souci). Le logement est mieux que ce que laisse penser ses photos car il dispose notamment d'une très grande chambre où il est agréable de résider. Deux bémols : le ménage superficiel (certains poignées de placard collent) et la quasi absence de condiments (pas de sel, de poivre, pas d'huile ni de vinaigre) et de papier toilette (1 rouleur pour 9 joueurs ...).

Logement idéalement situé proche de la plage, des restaurants et commerces. Appartement spacieux, clair avec le confort nécessaire. Karine qui gère le logement sur place est accueillante et très réactive. Nous n'avons pas loué de voiture, les arrêts de bus à proximité nous ont permis de visiter facilement la partie nord de l'île. Logement idéal pour se reposer et découvrir l'île.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het appartement van Eric en Jennyfer. Zij zijn de meest gastvrije en hartelijke mensen die je maar kunt bedenken! Iedere vraag werd beantwoord, voor alles was een oplossing. Je kunt je geen betere gastheer en gastvrouw wensen! Zij hebben onze vakantie tot een feestje gemaakt en we hebben ten volle van Mauritius kunnen genieten.! Bovendien hadden we een fantastische chauffeur! Onze enorme dank hiervoor, we zullen met de meest warme herinneringen terugdenken aan onze tijd op dit verrukkelijke eiland. Heel veel dank voor alles! We kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen, u zult er geen spijt van krijgen. In de buurt fantastische winkels met heerlijk eten, restaurants in de buurt, het is volop genieten. Dank dank dank! Nous avons eu quelques difficultés a trouver le logement mais une fois le contact pris avec l’hôte nous avons trouvé sans problème. Ils sont fait le nécessaire pour modifier l’adresse Les hôtes sont très accueillant de bon conseil Le logement était très propre et bien placé Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Superbe appartement très bien aménagé et décoré ! Le logement est bien équipé et très propre. L’emplacement à quelques pas de la plage est super et la terrasse très agréable. La résidence est calme et accessible. Nous avons été accueillis par Marianne qui nous a tout expliqué sur le logement et les alentours ! Un super accueil et un magnifique appartement, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This place is amazing with a modern and luxurious feeling. A perfect location in a gated community, very private being the last building in the complex. The surrounding nature is breathtaking. There are no busy roads nearby so you can hear the birds singing all day long. Nice lighting in the evening with the pool lit up and the lights on the huge roof top were perfect for an evening drink under the stars or watching the amazing fireworks during New Years Eve. This is a spacious house for families, three bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers and an extra small bathroom near the entrance. The sun rise and mornings are amazing by the pool and the sunsets we enjoyed on the roof top. The host Beatrice was very helpful, and so were the staff who helped with cleaning and keys. Would easily book this house again next time. Good spot to explore the North and East side, highly recommend driving to the beaches in Belle Mare (45 min drive) and Pereybere (15 min drive). We loved this place!

Mein Gefühl beim buchen hat mich nicht getäuscht. Mittendrin in der Atmosphäre, zwischen anheimischen leben. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig, schön ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Wir haben sowohl den Jacuzzi als auch den Pool genutzt und können beides empfehlen. Flic en Flac ist ein belebter Ort mit Restaurants und Bars und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Supermarkt jumbo im Ort hat gute Öffnungszeiten und ein großes Angebot. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist prima für den Strand und viele weitere Aktivitäten auch in andere Inselteile. Die Busstation ist direkt an der Straße neben dem Haus, was für Ausflüge prima ist. Die Vermieter und auch das Security Personal sind sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Yan's Mutter empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und hatte alles was man benötigt um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. In wenigen Minuten sind kleine Shops für den täglichen Einkauf, Coiffeur/Barber sowie diverse Restaurants und Massage/Beautystudios zu Fuss erreichbar. Dennoch ist es empfehlenswert für die Erkundung der Gegend ein Auto oder Scooter zur Verfügung zu haben. Yan's Eltern, welche in der Wohnung unterhalb wohnen, versichern sich auch gerne das es den Gästen an nichts fehlt, und erteilen auch gerne mal gute Empfehlungen für schöne Strände und Restaurants in der Region. Alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand ( liegt nur ein Häuserblock dazwischen) und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Lediglich etwas mehr Toilettenpapier, Salz und Öl wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten allerdings einen wirklich schöne und empfehlenswerte AirBnB die ich sowohl für Gruppen und Familien empfehlen kann.

Khelawon est d’une très grande amabilité et surtout hyper arrangeant. Doté d’une très grande gentillesse, je recommande à 100% son logement propre, avec un emplacement calme et bien situé (à proximité des transports en commun : bus et métro).

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Rheka, avec qui le contact a été parfait dès notre arrivée. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Nous avons passé 20 jours excellents. Merci a Rheka pour son aide qui nous a permis de récupérer au plus vite notre valise égarée a l'aéroport et résolu le problème de télé rapidement. Rheka est très réactive a nos demande et elle est de bon conseils pour visiter les environs. Je recommandes vivement ce logement .

Un hôte bienveillant et accueillant, un jardin paisible et reposant. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme pour vous ressourcer, c'est l'endroit idéal. Le chant des oiseaux, le bruissement de l'eau, le vent dans les feuilles, et la plage à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Le logement, simple et spacieux, offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Byly, extrêmement gentil et bienveillant accueille ses invités chaleureusement et propose même de cuisiner. Un régal.

Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon in den Garten mit Palmen und Mango Bäumen. Die Anlage ist keine Hotelanlage, es wohnen einheimische Familien dort. Ruhig und privat! Die Wohnung bzw die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschine, Backofen usw. alles was man braucht um auch selber zu kochen. Da wir dies auch häufig gemacht haben, da uns die Restaurants nicht unbedingt alle gefallen haben, zuviel Pizza! Bis zum Supermarkt sind es 1,5 Kilometer, Strand 1, Bushaltestelle 0,5 Kilometer. Joëlle war immer erreichbar und hat bei einem Problem schnell reagiert! Meinem Mann war die Matratze zu hart, mir nicht, aber das ist ja eine sehr persönliche Ansicht. Uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen 👍🏼 Ein Minuspunkt: die Müllentsorgung in der Anlage hat mir nicht gefallen.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful apartment. It was walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. The beach which the hosts described how to access was stunning and never busy, paradise! Having the pool was fabulous too, like a little oasis. I read other guests thought the apartment was noisy but it didn't bother us at all. All the maintenance staff were very friendly, and the hosts were also on hand for anything we needed during our stay. You won't regret booking, we can't wait to return.

Le logement se trouve dans une résidence paisible, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Il était d'une propreté irréprochable. Laurent a été particulièrement accueillant et disponible, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable.

As a family of four, we stayed for three weeks in this wonderful apartment. It is exactly as described, and it´s easy to recommend this apartment if you´re visiting Pereybere. The apratment is located within walking distance to the beach, department store and a good variety of restaurants. Buses and taxis are always within immediate reach. The apartment complex itself felt very safe, clean and quiet. Nadia is a really helpful and highly responsive host. Whenever we had questions or issues, she responded immediately and is always doing her best to make the stay as enjoyable and smooth as possible. All in all: Highly recommended, and we would most likely return for a later stay!

The apartments are located in a three-storey building with 12 owners, although they live in only 5 apartments. The neighbors are nice, French, retired. The top floor has an equipped open-air veranda where you can have a romantic dinner under the stars. There is a small swimming pool. The parking lot is right in the yard. It's a quiet, peaceful place. The beach is a 7-minute walk, Winners supermarket is 5 minutes away. Cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, bus stops are also a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is large, all the rooms are comfortable to live in. There are air conditioners everywhere. Equipped with everything you need: bedding, towels, shower gels. The kitchen was a delight! There's everything to make delicious dishes. You can see that the hostess is waiting and loving her guests. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A little compliments awaited us when we arrived: cold water in the refrigerator and a pleasant souvenir magnet from Mauritius. Thank you

Nous étions ravis de l'appartement, situé dans une résidence sécurisée. L'appartement est très bien ainsi que la piscine de la résidence.
