I enjoy my stay, the place is very quiet and peaceful, the 1 bedroom Cottage was perfect for a couple, I would definitely stay here again, Greg an Geidy were very helpful and allowed me to check is super late due to a flight delay, I hope next time I show up much earlier than that. Thank you both for the hospitality

Informative&friendly host, stunning&quiet place. Breakfast included was a surprise and it was lovely! Staff went above and beyond to help us. When we arrived we had a screw in our tire and an employee called a local repair man who came and fixed our tire the same day. We also had many ants in our room and an employee came and took care of it and changed all our bedding. I was very impressed with the amenities and the friendly, helpful staff. I only wish I had more time here!

A spacious private casita in the natural preserve guesthouse of Casa de las Aves. We have a small hotel on the shore of the laguna. This casita sits above the rest of the rooms. It has two toilets and a large shower for two. The queen bed is super comfortable with two couches which can be used as beds if you have an extra guest! Our restaurant is open from 8-8 and serves delicious locally sourced vegetarian food with a few fish options. Our breakfast is abundant and included in your stay.

Todos nos pareció muy bien , la muchacha Gerli muy muy amable en todo momento,solo llega muy poca agua a las ducha y eso fue un poco fustrante por los calores, pero lo demás todo muy muy bien

Both owners were very friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the personnel. They made our stay a very nice one and would definitely recommend it. The breakfast was also fantastic and there is a range of options to pick up from

I booked a room for my parents and their feedback was that they loved it. It's an impressive house with several rooms turned into Airbnb rentals. Great location (city center, walking distance to Granada's main attractions). Eveling (our host for the stay) was very nice and communication was easy. Loved the fact that we had access to a gated parking space. Thank you!

La vivienda es acogedora, el dormitorio ofrecía todo lo mencionado. Si andan en vehículo el costo de parqueo es de 100 córdobas. Evelyn fue muy amable y estuvo al pendiente. Un lugar agradable y cerca de restaurantes y de iglesias.

Place was great. Especially after a few days on Ometepe. And blissfully free of bugs :) The location is perfect. Really close to everything you'll want to see and a bunch of restaurants. And as a solo female, I felt super safe here. Shower was good, sheets were clean, bed was comfy. Would recommend.
