Vacation rentals with a patio in Gragnano

It took us a while to find the address of Carmine's place but we came from Naples by car. Carmine guided us as best as he could (our Italian is close to 0 and our English is very academic). From the train station, the accommodation is located right in front of it in the first cul-de-sac on the left (2 min walk). The accommodation is very well maintained and very clean. An elevator provides direct access to the accommodation, very convenient with suitcases. For us, we were missing a toaster, a pair of scissors (convenient for opening packages) and real bowls for breakfast rather than mugs. the small downside is the bathroom which is a little too narrow (little space between the sink and the toilet). Carmine surprised us during our stay by coming to greet us, asking us if everything was going well and he offered us Italian pastries. A small touch that we really appreciated. Thanks again. We absolutely loved our stay - the view, the area, the hosts!! Rented a scooter and that was one of the best decisions, you can drive to all the spots and then come back ’home’ and all you can hear is birds :) Would highly recommend

Rooftop Nerano 5 well-deserved stars for Andrea. We booked 8 months ahead of our trip and he was available for every question along the way. No matter what we asked, his response was quick and helpful. This 3 bed/4 bath was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and 2 of the 3 suites opened to the lower balcony overlooking the sea. It had everything we needed including a washing machine (and clothesline for drying) which came in handy for all of us. But the standout is the rooftop terrace with its breathtaking view of the water. The location in Nerano was a perfect choice to stay. It’s a charming, fishing town with great restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is also a great store with everything you need just down the road. We liked the less crowded Nerano, but it did mean we were quite a distance from Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. (Don’t worry, Andrea can suggest drivers to help get you around.) All in all, I can’t say enough about Rooftop Nerano! Book it!!!!

We had a lovely stay, I would highly recommend this accommodation and the place itself, Meta, many of the other along the coast were very busy and meta felt more peaceful with easy access to visit the cities with good local transport. Francy and her family were very helpful, and would reply almost instantly to help. Highly recommend and have already told Francy to not be surprised if she sees us book again!

Very clean place. Very safe parking in front of the property and very friendly host. Feel very safe. Carlo set up the beds for 2 kids before our check in. The place has some colourful characteristics worth appreciating. Will not hesitate to recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Pompeii by their own car.

The home was spotless, well decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to great a cafe local attractions, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to feel private. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, snacks. Arianna was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and genuinely caring about my experience. Check-in was seamless, and communication throughout my stay was top-notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. This is a beautiful, spacious apartment between Positano and Amalfi, although you do have to drive up into the hills to get there. However, it is also easy to reach from Naples. The views are immaculate of the cliffs and seaside, and there is a lot of outdoor space to enjoy them. It is very useful that the apt includes a washing machine and iron with ironing board. The hosts were gracious and on hand to resolve any issues and provide all necessary info. Thank you for everything!

Luisa was absolutely wonderful! Her instructions were very clear, she has booklets with restaurant and activity recommendations. The property is incredible, one of the best I've ever stayed at and the view is to die for! Amazing little town, I'd book again in a heartbeat. The only caveat is the walk to the town center is uphill on 3 roads, not a big deal if you're fit but if not, it may be a struggle & could be very hot during summer months as there is little to no shade

The suite was nice and comfortable and had all the appliances in the kitchen. Also it’s very well located and only 15 minutes from the main station.

Gabriele was very attentive to anything we needed and the place was very clean, especially the bathroom. He also gave us plenty of recommendations of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, and gelato shops that were near the location. It was a great place for 2, but just beware (especially in the warmer months), it will get your legs burning and you will be breaking a sweat to get there. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Highly recommend this place! Maria was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome. Her family business is lovely and a great spot to relax with the best cornetto’s we’ve ever had. It’s an amazing location/view and so nice to be away from the busy crowds in Amalfi. Also there is an incredible restaurant a few steps away called Osteria Rispoli- some of the best Italian food we’ve ever eaten.

Excellent place, wonderful view day and night, quiet for sleeping, happiness if you like tranquility!! Super!

The location is pristine! Absolutely beautiful, modern and clean while great character and design. We would stay there again! Martina was great, communicative and provided snacks at the hotel for us. She even remembered we were going on our anniversary and got us some limoncello. So sweet of her!

The apartment was super nice and clean. The location was perfect for experiencing the city and Corrado was the best host we’ve ever had. He was super friendly and responsive, gave many recommendations for what to do and where to eat. At checkout he helped us book a taxi in advance which made our leave very easy and comfortable.

Thank you for hosting us in your spacious brand new apartment with plenty of amenities. Can’t imagine we arrived on the same night where Naples had won the National league. It was crazy traffic coming in but you had nothing to do with it. Overall a great place and the patio was a bonus ☺️

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

Giovanni’s house is the place to stay in Napoli! Central location close to everything, you can walk to the port and take ferries to Capri or anywhere on the amalfi coast. Giovanni is the best host, he checked on us everyday to see if we needed something, he’s a super host!

Very nice, clean and modern place with parking in case you need one .It is a gated property where we felt very safe.Before the entrance to the unit there is litlle gate and very pleasant patio with table and chairs in case you want to have glass of wine outside. Very good location ,you can take ferry to Sorrento,Capri ,Positano or Amalfi from the port lacated near main beautiful beach. It's about 30 min to walk to downtown of Castellamare di Stabia where you have a chance to explore the city and see how locals live. Plenty of bars, bakeries, stores and restaurants.

We had an incredible stay—absolutely 5 stars! The views from the flat were breathtaking, and the space itself was far more spacious and charming than any other place we stayed during our trip to Italy. It felt like a true gem. The market and breakfast spot just outside the flat made our mornings so easy and enjoyable. While it’s definitely a bit of a trek to get to the Amalfi Coast, we highly recommend hiring a car or taxi directly from the train station or airport to the flat—it’s well worth it once you arrive. Praiano is the perfect spot if you’re looking to stay away from the tourist crowds while still having access to all the coastal magic. Kasai, just down the road, served the most amazing dinner—don’t miss it! Angelo, our local taxi driver (his number given to us by Federica), was incredibly helpful getting us to and from nearby towns. And the bus stop right outside the flat was a super convenient option for getting around as well. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Amazing apartment in Napoli, high ceilings and panoramic views. The pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of stairs to climb but worth it for the view. Dario was great to meet and communicate with.

Fabrizio’s stay is amazing. The bedroom and bathroom is very clean, with everything needed inside. I forgot to bring my hairdryer luckily there is one in the bathroom ! From check in until we left , fabrizio tried his best to answer all the questions we have. He even helped us to call a taxi to the airport when we left because we couldn’t get one on our own. Amazing house and owner !! 🥰
