Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

"Apartment EVA ROGOTIN" has 90 m2, large free covered parking with security camera, garage for motorcyclists and cyclists, air conditioning, TV 109 cm with wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher...etc. The apartment is located in a quiet environment, has a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. A fully equipped boat for 6 people and bicycle rental are available to the guests of the facility for an additional charge. To use the vessel, a management license and prior notice are required.

Usual guests are those wanting to combine peace and short excursions to Dubrovnik, Makarska or Split. Mostar and Medjugorje are also close. Beautiful beaches of Gradac , sandy beach at the mouth of the river Neretva are only minutes far from the house.
