Nives and Andrey were incredible hosts, from check in to check out they were super responsive, always on hand to help and had exceptional cooking skills and the same from their daughter with her cakes and Pastries 😍 There aren't enough words to describe how much we would recommend you booking to stay with this fabulous family. We had a couple of problems with the TV and before we knew it they had bought a new one to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only that but we had an issue with our hire car and they were both over within minutes to help us out and throughout until resolution. Andrey shared some wine from their family vineyard and some personalised videos on how it was made which was super cool to see. Remove any doubts you have in relation to booking here, you will have the best time with the best hosts. Everything is exactly as described and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

Very satisfied! Good and pleasant communication. The hot tub was larger than I had thought. In the beginning, a few towels, etc., were missing, Marijana gave us all a pizza:)

lovely bedrooms and a pool! :) We had a great time staying at the Villa. Perfect for 9 people. We were 10 and one slept on the couch. Loved the games downstairs and the balcony. There was no cold water coming form the tap but otherwise everything was perfect.

We had the most amazing holiday at the Villa. Firstly, the welcome from Tina was outstanding. She brought cold meats and cheese, beer and cold drinks for us and showed us round the Villa. She then popped in with the best homemade cheese and cake we’ve ever tasted! The service was remarkable and nothing that we have experienced before. The Villa is wonderful. The pool even better and outside eating area and BBQ made our family holiday. It was nice to be on the outskirts of Split as the city is very busy and to come home and see the mountains from your garden was fantastic. It was peaceful and thankfully the neighbours didn’t seem to mind the fun and games we had in the pool during the day. We hired a car which I would suggest is needed to get around easily. There are local supermarkets very near (Lidl) which we visited very often. All very good value and wine is super cheap! There really aren’t enough positive words to describe this villa and Tina. We would return in a heartbeat 💗

A beautiful, modern and well-equipped house where we felt very comfortable. There was even fresh fruit and vegetables and a voucher for a great restaurant to welcome us. Very quiet location, 10 minutes' drive to the nearest town with shops and restaurants, 40 minutes to Split. But you can also easily spend the whole week in the house without it getting boring. We will be happy to come back!

The hosting was great as well as the communication with Ante. The house was spotless and everything you needed was there. We had a great time.

Great holiday house, great hosts as well. — welcome with some great local dishes, fruits etc — all towels, linens , washing tablets , tissues well stocked — plenty of pool toys and floaters in the house for kids — hosts let you enjoy the house and don’t interfere at all — a door was noticed to be broken and was quickly fixed by arranging a contractor at our convenience — friendly neighbourhood , though it’s residential but had no trouble and neighbourhood kids were friendly — location is ok , as you have local shops etc at a miles distance — plenty of space for everyone

Very nice accommodation, clean and in a peaceful setting. Ivana received us very well, she was always available and caring. However, be careful because the accommodation is quite far away ( great for the peaceful setting ), so you have to be transported because there is no public transport to get to Split.
