The place is even nicer than the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs for a vacation and more. Everything is spacious, very clean, and cozy. Ruzica even reserved a spot for us at a casual restaurant that is versatile. All the recommendations for the place and the host. We had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Ana Anita proved to be a great host! The house is beautiful, in a beautiful quiet place. We were with two kids, we just came when there was snow and the kids enjoyed it and we didn't have to worry about their safety in the neighborhood! The second day when he was attacking fresh snow, the same day the road to the road was cleared and we didn't have any problems. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Ana Anita was always immediately available and accessible for everything. We definitely recommend a place to stay and plan to come back in the spring or summer. 🙂 And thanks for the little things that greeted us. 🙂

The apartment is chic and simply furnished. We didn't miss anything. Mateja was very quick to reach. It looks bigger in the photos than it is and as already described, the balcony and garden do not connect to the apartment. It was good for our 4-day stay.

Upon our arrival we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and delicious fruit from our own orchard. The jacuzzi was ready to relax right away. It's lovely to stay for those looking for a quiet cottage. Nearby is a nice pizzeria. On clear weather, you'll be treated to a beautiful starry sky. If you have any questions, the host is always available.

There were three of us in the accommodation and I have to say the apartment and the apartment size was perfect…Also the surroundings were just as we imagined…Quiet but not remote…Ivan was also really very nice and very helpful…Apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos…I can really only recommend it

Wow! What a perfect place. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It is new - only a year old - tastefully designed and very comfortable. Christina and her mother are lovely and went out of their way to help us. The free kayaks are a fab addition. We used only stayed one night but we used them on the evening of our arrival and after we checked out. Make sure to visit the jam shop in the village. Thank you!

The place was very nice for my family and our dog. We enjoyed it because there was snow outside and we used that for winter joys. We visited the Medvedev sanctuary in Kuterevo which is very close to our place. The goddess welcomed us very kindly, warmed up the house for us, and at the end she prepared a gift for our baby boy. Any recommendations! 😀

This place is a gem! In real life way more beautiful than in the pictures. The decoration of the house is lovely, we felt at home immediately. Jacuzzi is great and beautiful garden. Sandra was very friendly and showed us around the property. We only had two nights, but wanted to stay longer. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing home! If you want to relax in Croatia after a day at sea, this house is perfect! In the evening it's about 20 degrees to the 30 degrees on the coast by the sea. Recommended.

We booked the apartment at the top floor as we were a family of 7 people. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 each room), a kitchen and a cute balcony with the view to the Croatian hills. The vibe at the apartment was very chilled, there was also a covered garden at the ground floor, which we didn't use but nice to enjoy dinner when the weather allows it. The kitchen had cutleries, pans and some basic spices for use to use such as salt and pepper. We really enjoyed the stay and it was nice to enjoy the country side for a night. Since its location, there was only and a small supermarket nearby which was easy to reach beacuse we had a car. Highly reccomended!

The house was really cozy and clean. Felt like home. The host gave us clear instructions about everything and even gave us recommendations about what places to visit nearby. All in all would recommened definitely worth the price.

4 bedroom beautiful home in Otocac

The place is very great for big group of peoples or family. We went with 2 little kids who really enjoyed the place, there was even a small playground with everything. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, very well equipped kitchen and an amazing closed BBQ are. The hosts were very nice, responsive and came to help us immediately when we had any issues. Please note that it is a bit far from places to visit (Plitvice, Senj, …) but still totally worth the price and definitely would go back to stay there.
