Welcome to our charming apartment in Novi Vinodolski!  The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. An additional separate toilet is also available for your convenience. The fifth guest can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a generous and relaxing space for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a combined refrigerator with freezer, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living area, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views that invite you to relax and dream. There is 25 m² swimming pool to enjoy the Croatian sunshine to the fullest.  This charming apartment is located in Novi Vinodolski, across from the island of Krk. With its prime location, stunning sea views, and excellent amenities, this apartment provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday on the Croatian coast. Experience the beauty of the Adriatic Sea and create lasting memories in this dreamlike vacation home. Our house offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the owners live in the same building, they are rarely present, allowing you to fully enjoy your privacy. Guests are also welcome to use the outdoor barbecue area to prepare delicious meals and experience the true Mediterranean ambiance.

Villa Marisan

Villa Marisan is located in the peaceful village of Bribir, 4 km from Novi Vinodolski, 15 kilometers from Crikvenica. The house consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a dining room with a kitchen. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a corridor. On the outside of the house is a terrace of 70 m² with swimingpool. Upper floor has access to a 15 m² terrace. Parking place is secured.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

Beautiful and freshly renovated vacation home with direct sea access and private beach with two separate apartments (each with its own exterior door on different floors due to the hillside location), terrace, barbecue room, outdoor shower and great outdoor area by the sea. In a few seconds, thanks to the private sea access, you are on the property by the sea with your own jetty and bathing ladder as well as on the private beach with large lounge and lounger areas.

Your loft above Kvarner Bay with infinity pool

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
