Bright and friendly awaits you our comfortable apartment with two apartments of 50 sqm each and 4 beds each and with two additional extra beds if needed. The house in which the two apartments are located is located in a quiet one-way street. It is surrounded on both sides by a large outdoor terrace, which borders on a densely overgrown forest in the back of the house and thus offers undisturbed, relaxing hours. A sufficiently large private parking in front of the house can accommodate your vehicles. The air-conditioned apartments each have two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two crazy single beds, a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy living area with TV, hallway, and a shower room with toilet and hairdryer. In the kitchen, the fridge, stovetop, oven and a sink are integrated. Towels and linens are included. The apartments are accessible by separate entrances and are only connected by the outdoor terrace. The apartment is ideal for friendly married couples, or a larger group. Away from the hustle and bustle on the beach or in the city, various seating in the garden offers you a small oasis of relaxation that you can use according to your wishes e.g. for breakfast. 500 m separate the house from the crystal clear Adriatic Island Sea known for its cleanliness with pebble beach and natural coves.
