Wonderful stay at Borislav and Aleksandra's, in their warm home in the middle of beautiful nature and in contact (if desired) with adorable sheep. Their hospitality was exceptional, their recommendations extremely useful and the whole stay unforgettable. We recommend eyes closed and thank our hosts again for all their attention.

Adria Sun / Mr. Vlado is a very nice and kind host. He and his wife welcomed us warmly, with tasty drinks and sweets, thanks for that. Since they live within a walking distance, they offer help and tipps every day. The pool and garden were lovely, so was the stone house. Thx for a great vacation.

We loved our stay here. It was comfortable for everyone and had everything we needed. Everything was clean including the pool and jacuzzi and Dino quickly responded to everything we needed. The view is spectacular and we would definitely come back!

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

This spa retreat is perfect! We visited with kids and our dogs and the big, completely fenced yard was ideal for the doggies and the kids could not get enough of the pool and spa. Danijela is the perfect host from flexible (late checkin) to a ton of great local recommendations. This place is up the mountain a bit for nice, quiet seclusion as well as easy access to Labin and Rabac. We will be returning!!

Accommodation is a dream,❤️ everything as in the photos. But there are still additional costs, which are not clear from the description (e.g. 30 euros per day for pool heating or 30 euros per day to rent an e-bike). Accommodation is very clean and really well equipped. Beautiful location. We didn't want to leave the villa. Only the tennis court is not suitable for pre-season preparation. Unfortunately, the course is not in perfect condition for tournament players.

We absolutely loved our stay. Vesna's place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly clean. The beds are very comfortable and we were happy to have a private bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed including a bit of cheese and sausage provided for our arrival. The view is incredible, I could stare at it all day and night. We truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the local town, the beaches and most importantly the view. We had such a wonderful holiday and hope someday to return. The last bit of the drive to the villa is quite adventurous but oh so worth it. We loved this place very much and hated to leave. Before we left, Vesna gifted us some honey schnapps and her husband returned later with a nice bag of Chestnuts from their own tree. A lovely host family of a wonderful villa.

A beautiful, quietly located house in a cul-de-sac without through traffic, with good equipment and air conditioning in all rooms (except in the quite small bunk bed room). Two large umbrellas available and the pool was great too. The only small drawback was the lack of a gate at the property driveway. But we only missed it because we were there with a dog and thus the property was not completely fenced. Shopping directly in the neighboring village, by car only one minute. We can recommend the house without a guilty conscience for a family of 4 to 6.

Great place in a beautiful location! Particularly noteworthy is the equipment, which really left nothing to be desired (hand blender, contact grill, high-quality kitchen appliances, spacious fridge+beverage fridge, washing machine,...). We spent a lot of time in and around the pool (great covered barbecue and dining area). Adults, children, and dog were all very comfortable. Surroundings are very nice, everything is clean and the beach is within walking distance. Communication with Jelena went great!

Staff is super nice! A nice atmosphere. Large kitchen to cook for yourself. And a lovely pool to cool off after a long day

We had a great stay with our family of 2 parents and 3 young adult daughters. Very nice and spacious house. Looks really like the pictures. Tomislav was very quick with his responses.

The villa was exactly as described, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and this amazing landscape view. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, beaches.
